Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. "Capital did an outstanding job riffing my house. Roof was 20 years old and had buckled in a couple places. Needed to replace 2 plywood sheets. Material used top quality. Proj mgmt (Danny H) was great, responsive, communicated well, proactive. The roofing team was great especially in the 90f temps with dew points over 70. Hard workers, quality work. Excellent cleanup. You can find someone cheaper but not with the quality. Highly recommend."

"When we were in the market to remodel two full bathrooms in our home, we did a lot of research to find the right contractor for the job. We found just that in Bernie and his team at Star22Home. From first contact, we were struck by the excellent communication and follow-up. The estimate was clear and the prices (with all material allowances) were very reasonable. When there was an issue with a tile supplier shortly before work was to begin, Bernie met us at his showroom after-hours to make sure that we found a replacement. The two crews sent (one for each bathroom) were clean (covering all furniture and floors from the front door to the point of work), professional, on time each day, efficient (finishing one bathroom a day ahead of schedule), friendly, and ensured that this was not just a cosmetic update. Where needed, walls were removed to the studs, subflooring was repaired, and all necessary ‘behind the wall’ plumbing was replaced. Our project manager (Jalmer) was in contact throughout, stopping by each day and giving us his phone number for any concerns along the way. When a factory imperfection was found in a tile after initial completion, a crew was there within the week to make the replacement. The finished product of each bathroom looks amazing and we could not be happier.
