My husband and I are senior citizens and Michael Trotto treated us like we were family.

He explained to us exactly what he felt needed to accomplish our goals, gave us a very fair price for a complete kitchen remodel.

Michael found the time to take me to his supplier helped me pick out custom cabinets with crown molding.  He spent hours with

me while I made my decsions.  I told Michael I liked the look of stainless steel appliances but did not want stainless steel.  He had he supplier find appliances for me that looked like stainless steel but where in fact made of the material other appliances (white) were made of in a color that resembled stainless but left no finger prints.  Everyone that comes into my apartments thinks I have stainless appliances.

Michael took me to his supplier in New Jersey and spent hours with me to find the right black granite counter top. My kitchen was completed in one month, I walked into a spotless apartment, no one would know that a complete kitchen renovation took place.

To this day everyone who comes into my kitchen falls in love.

Michael had the patience to deal with someone who is strong willed has a mind of her own, I would not hesitate to call Michael to do more work in my apartment when needed.  I recommended Michael to my brother who just purchased house on City Island and he was extremely happy with the work that Michael did for him.

Michael is a hands on contractor, he has experience beyond his years, he is polite courteous and reminds my husband and I of our son.

The wastewater pipe was not in good shape and he found the problem and was able to repair quickly. We also asked him to replace the toilet in the basement. "This is the third time I have used Champion for a major job, and I couldn’t be happier. We had water penetrating from the wall and floor of our garage, and finally decided that it was coming up through the concrete. The garage floor was 80 years old and only an inch thick. I worked with Danny on a scope that addressed the garage floor, the rear concrete deck, the sidewalk, and also provided painting and finishing in the garage. He was very patient while working out the scope and cut back or found much cheaper solutions for parts of the job. As usual, during the work Danny called me every day (how often can you say that about a contractor) to let me know the status or check on decisions. He recommended a more durable screen door replacement and he also replaced an existing light fixture at no charge.
