He arrived on time, diagnosed the reason there was a problem, snaked out the drain line in the basement that was causing the problem and allowed the water to run for a while to be sure the problem was solved. Charged $150 which I thought was reasonable and was on his way. He is a specialist at cleaning drains and I recommend him highly if you have that problem"
