I can’t believe the transformation! My old, stained bathtub now looks like it just came out of a showroom. Supreme Bath Refinishing did an amazing job, and the finish is so smooth and glossy. THE TUB STARTED TO PEEL AFTER 3 MONTHS I CALLED FRANK AND HE BECAME FRANKENSTEIN. SAID HE WOULD COME ON SATURDAY AND FRIDAY HE CANCELED.SAID HE WOULD NOT COME THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME AND WOULD NOT TAKE MY CALLS. THE REVIEWS WERE GREAT THE WORK AND THE WARRANTY IS NOT !!! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY LESS STRESS

Super job! The technician, John (I believe) please correct me if wrong, was absolutely meticulous in his work and detail oriented. His primary concern was doing the job right. The company is very professional and organized! My wife and I are VERY pleased with their work as well as their professionalism. They were here prior to the time they stated, which is a huge plus and they were nice enough to wait for us to get home (our appointment was for 3PM and they were at our house at 2PM). They covered our floors and the surrounding items as well as any fixtures so that no paint would get on them. The process was very smooth as well. They sanded the tub to make it smooth and even. They made sure to provide a fan near the window to blow toxic air out instead of letting it linger in the house. They made sure to clean up any left over residue and trash. They were in and out within 1 hour. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend!

I could not be more pleased and impressed with the professionalism and quality of work of Frank and Alex. I have a 1950’s bathroom with mud walls that comprise 4 inches of concrete and tile. While the original plan was to gut the entire bathroom, my mother’s recent health problems made that impossible considering we have only one bathroom. A friend suggested reglazing and it turned out beautifully - you cannot tell it was reglazed. In fact my contractor indicated that in his opinion, Alex is an artist. From the initial contact, I found Frank extremely responsive to his customers. I highly recommend Supreme Bath Refinishing.

I had bought the Angies list promo to get my bathtub reglazed. It is not Supreme’s fault that it was not done, but as a person with a job I found him very difficult to schedule. Every time I tried, he suggested within the next day or two- I told him I needed a few weeks to tell my work I wouldn’t be there and I gave him a day in advance that could work. Well, I must have missed his email back- there was no other communication, no confirmation- I assumed he hadn’t responded- but he called me at work to tell me his Workman was at my apartment. His tone was pretty irritated and when I told him he’d never responded - he texted me End of story.

"Dear [Member Name Removed], Can not understand your negative review. Do you know that when you do make an appointment for someone to do a service for you, '' YOU SHOULD BE HOME". And it is not our fault that you forgot your appointment and went to work. And even after that, you emailed me with another date and I did agree and proposed timing that needed to be confirmed which you never did. Things happen, and sometimes people forget things. And it happens a lot with our customers, they call us back, make a little apology and we do schedule a different day for them and everybody happy. But in your case I do not know how to help you, when you missed your appointment and NEVER CONFIRMED A NEW ONE. So please call Angieslist to get your refund and find some other company to play with."

The guy that came to do the job was right on time. Very professional. The end result is pretty amazing. The bathtub looks like a brand new tub. Some of my neighbors came to look at it and they were amazed at the transformation. It is a great solution for the budget conscious consumer looking for a cost effective improvement in the bathroom.
