He repaired a granite kitchen countertop and did so in the cleanest way possible by keeping his vacuum host taped to the location where he was grinding down the edges of our counter. He also showed up on time, went and purchased an additional item to shine the new edge of our countertop, and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use him again!"

From the initial estimate discussions with the company owner, Levi, to the final walk through, the entire Paramount crew was timely, pleasant, and professional. The main contractor who worked on our house was fantastic... he even went above and beyond to help us out by fixing some shoddy work left by a prior contractor. It was very unexpected, and, though just a small time investment on his part, it was a game changer for us. Paramount uses a project-management software tool that is amazing - you get real time updates, see the actual products being installed, delivery dates, progress photos, communication logs, and up-to-the-minute financials, including change orders. I loved having visibility to every part of our project, and it worked really well with my schedule. I could leave a question for Paramount in the app at night, knowing I would get a response the next day. After the project wrapped, we were impressed with Paramount's follow up. Levi, the owner, is a stickler for quality. During our final walk through, he noticed a couple of things that weren't up to his standards, and he made sure they were corrected. When a small issue came up with the Euro glass in our shower, he had the glass company come out to redo their work. Impressive, especially knowing how busy remodeling companies are these days."

He went through the effort of trying to repair the malfunctioning valve rather than just saying it needed to be replaced. He showed me the defect in the valve. He did not try to upsell to me. He would have just replaced the one valve, but based on the system being 46 years old I opted to replace the entire valve manifold (4 valves) and valve box. He came as scheduled and did the valves replacement. The system is back up and working better than ever."
