"The crew arrived on time and worked fast and efficiently, which I appreciated. However, I felt they were moving a bit too quickly. After unpacking, I found my glass dish cabinet, which is very important to me, was damaged and appears broken beyond repair. It seems it wasn?t secured properly and wasn?t taken apart before the move. I?m honestly really upset, because that piece meant a lot and won?t be easy to replace. I also wish I had paid closer attention to the packing, but I was overwhelmed with the move. I spoke with the company and the office administrator was kind, apologized, and seemed genuinely concerned. She said I can file a damage claim, which I appreciate. I?ll update this review once I know the outcome. Sharing this so others know: United Prime Van Lines is punctual and efficient, but I?d recommend extra care with fragile or sentimental items."

"Adam and Anthony were punctual, professional and polite. They took great care in moving our furniture and art pieces and took extra care when there was glass involved. Moving is never easy, and this particular move for us had been a stressful one, but this last part of our move handled by Movemasters was stress-free. After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "National Van Lines only sent us two guys to pickup our items. The delivery was much better with three guys. However, they packed our items pretty tight and things got crush a bit. So, the service was okay for the money we paid. "

"I had no idea in the long run.What company I actually was working with. In the end, I worked with two separate moving companies.This company itself actually did not move my stuff, they had other companies do the moving.I think this company is actually a broker and not movers themselves. Also my quote in the end was 2x the origonal because person didnt put right info in my quote. I was told that my items were being picked up by one company being stored in a warehouse could take 2 weeks to deliver. Then it was moved by another company. And when it did get to my location, I was told they weren't able to drive up my driveway. so I had to meet them with a uhaul which was another expense. But it was cheaper than having them put it in a U-Haul and bringing it which would have been another $1500. I did receive all my stuff. It took longer than I was originally told. This company did itself didnt do the move. Verify if your company is a broker or a moving co. Ill only use large like mayflower"

"2 men showed up and were respectful and thorough as far as "thier" policy. Wasted an hour or so wrapping furniture that we expressed we not interested in wrapping. Also charged a full hour for drive time for a 20 minute trip up the road. Proceeded to work at a slower pace than normal to ensure the hourly charges kept adding up. For a 2 bedroom apartment move with 1 couch the pricing was almost 1k. Would not recommend or use again."
