Overall, just a great experience. I had a new air conditioner installed. Les was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions as well as providing information to care for the air conditioner. He even fixed issues on my furnace from the previous installers shoddy work at no charge. I highly recommend using DMC Services for your HVAC needs.

Called Thursday right before the heatwave in June for a set up of our swamp cooler and they were able to get us in the next Monday. They called to let us know that they would be about 15 minutes late (greatly appreciated it!) They got everything set up and cleaned and our swamped running quickly Would hire them again!

Replaced our 20 year old gas furnace and air conditioning unit. Very responsive and efficient service. Always returns phone calls very timely and response for service is the same. Cost is fair for quality equipment and done right installation the first time. Very pleased with DMC Services. We have used the company since we moved to Colorado. Very fair and honest. We will continue to use them for our HVAC annual maintenance as well. Highly recommend this company.

These are different times with the virus. Because of my age I have to be careful. And so it's important to say that DMC followed all protocols without prompting, with masking, social distancing, and was even careful to contact no surfaces unnecessarily, and so was very professional and courteous with these not-so-pleasant issues. But to back up a bit, knowledgeable diagnosis of the problem began with the initial phone call. Experience counts, and the diagnosis was confirmed quickly upon arrival. Tests were done in front of me, and the problem explained clearly. I had called in early morning, and was scheduled in, despite three other jobs planned for Les (the tech) ahead of mine. He arrived in the first fifteen minutes of his predicted time-window, and his work, despite challenges described below, was as efficient as his predicted arrival, The job was complicated first by the furnace not being installed in its most conventional and accessible way, and second, even though he would have made the replacement with a universal motor to save cost, the particular furnace required its specific part only. This said, he knew exactly where the nearest distributor was, and retrieved the necessary replacement quickly. Despite the difficulty of the disassemble/installation and having to retrieve and use only the specific replacement, his price point was well within researched averages, This was a great comfort, and another reason to leave this highest possible review for a top-flight service company. Based on such, DMC will be the first company I call for any further a/c or heating concerns. Thanks!

I asked Les to come and assess our heating system. Some rooms very cold while others too warm. He listened, did a complete walkthrough and made numerous suggestions for us to implement. He suggested that after doing the changes, we see how things feel after a few days. He also visually inspected our furnace and AC looking for obvious problems. None found. Les is very knowledgeable about HVAC and shared lots of info. Will definitely go back to Les at DMC with future HVAC issues.

I called DMC and quickly got a call back to schedule my service, something I DEFINITELY appreciate with snow on the horizon and my heat not working. Leslie came out and thoroughly inspected my furnace with multi-meter in hand. Turns out one of the wires (an important one I guess) wasn't getting power from the circuit board. Despite having a number of calls still to attend to that afternoon, Leslie made a point to get to the one parts place in Denver before they closed. He then let me know he could install it first thing the next morning. Throughout the whole process, the communication was wonderful and timely, the information and explanations were easy to understand (I don't speak HVAC, and I feel the two trips, parts and labor were more than fairly charged. At no point did I feel pressure from DMC to replace my unit or have more work done than was necessary. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them without a doubt.

I contacted DMC Services to do a annual service inspection on my furnace. Two people arrived, the owner and a technician, and began to work right away. Both were very engaging and professional. The technician provided me with valuable information regarding the operation of my furnace while he inspected and cleaned it. He and the owner also instructed me in how to properly maintain the furnace to avoid having future problems and fixed a problem they found during the inspection. I was very impressed with the time and effort they both took to explain these important facts to me. DMC Services is now in my phone directory for future hvac services.

Les was simply awesome. No need to read further, if you need a swamp cooler tech then Les is your man. Appointment was promptly scheduled after my initial phone call, he showed up on time, was very descriptive about the work he was doing and even agreed to return the next week to repair my furnace exhaust and replace the grate for the swamp cooler (something that was slightly out of scope). Every other technician I called had a receptionist answering the phone that provided no helpful info about what the job would actually entail. In contrast, Les answered the phone himself, told me exactly what he would be doing and then showed up himself and did the work exactly like he described it. I can now say that I have the perfect swamp cooler technician in my rolodex and Les was so good that I booked him on the spot to provide the same service at another house I own. Can’t go wrong here, DMC is A+++

Everything went very well. I am very happy with the service I received. The technician arrive right on time and was very professional . As it turned out it was just a capacitor and the system was repaired quickly. While replacing the capacitor the technician also removed Landscaping from around the compressor and balanced it for me.

Les was fantastic from start to finish! He was punctual and explained everything he was quoting in great detail. After getting some very high quotes and a couple extremely low ones we decided to go with DMC. His price seemed reasonable at $8700 (including rebates) and was right in between the high, and low bids we had gotten. The work was done in a very timely manner and with top notch workmanship! Les cleaned up after completing the work and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! We will only use Les and DMC services for our HVAC needs from now on.
