"Juan has done work for us over several years and we keep asking him to do more! He most recently helped patch holes in our drywall and ceiling, He also repaired our attic hatch, replaced the seal at the bottom of our garage door, installed a storm door, and put in a latch to hold our furnace filter in place. Juan does quality work AND is reasonably priced. He gives free estimates and schedules the work in a timely manner! We found a gem many years ago and will continue to hire him for projects!"

While a pocket door can be a smart decision to add privacy in a small space, it most likely won’t increase home value. But generally speaking, adding an interior door where privacy is needed will be a benefit to homebuyers.
