I would have preferred that Alex said, "Great idea! That's a lot of money and it's always a good idea to get a 2nd opinion"...or something like that. After consulting 2 other family-owned businesses with stellar reviews, we were quoted prices that were 10 to 12 thousand less than One Hour. The equipment was the same, if not even higher efficiency. Definitely shop around before committing."
