He stayed in touch with me from start to finish, and followed up afterwards too. I highly recommend Amerifreight. (I also called other companies - this can be a fishy industry- I highly do not recommend Midsommar if youre looking, they were dishonest and called and emailed me incessantly, drove me crazy!) "While the move itself was ok and the team that moved my items were friendly and very hard working, the post move close out has been terrible. There were a few items damaged and missing after the move was complete. I'm not surprised or upset by this, it happens, but after filing a claim through their system and contacting the Claims Representative, Larrisa Lord, numerous times via phone and email, I've had no resolution. Unless they actually answer their phone, which is extremely rare, all attempts at contact have been ignored. Last I heard, over two months ago now, my claim was pending approval for compensation for my lost and damaged items. Since then nothing and I can't seem to get anyone on the phone or by email. I do not recommend Amazing Moves and my realtor has removed them from his company's recommended list."

"I have cancer. Jay Munoz was hired to repaint my home as I was unable to do it myself. He caused thousands of dollars in water damage to my property the day he was there. He disconnected the washer to paint behind it when I wasn't home and reconnected it improperly. He was not hired to paint that room. Causing extensive damage to two condos. Mine and my neighbors. He didn't disclose any of this until the next day when it was inspected. He had improperly fitted the washer and reconnected it. He refused to accept responsibility for the damage. Didn't finish the paint job he was hired for and I discovered an empty medicine bottle worth $70 that they emptied and filled with water? Now I'm facing months of issues with insurance while I'm in treatment. There is a reason he doesn't allow reviews on his Google page. He is a horrible human being and a terrible painter. Please save yourself. ?"

"Some positives, lots of negatives. The only positive was that they didn’t damage the furniture being moved or anything in the house. The negatives are lengthy…(1) They ended up charging me more than the quote. The person whom I made the reservation with told me that there was a one-hour minimum, and I’d then be charged on a pro-rated basis for each 15 minutes thereafter. The movers spent 1.75 hours, but insisted that they have a 2-hour minimum, and charged me for a full 2 hours. (2) They did not give me the hardware that they removed from the king size bed frame. Halfway through the move, I questioned the hardware (bolts, screws, etc.), and one mover told me that they would of course wrap up the hardware in a package and hand it to me before leaving. Amidst all of the chaos of the move, I forgot to check about the hardware before they left, but 4 days later, when trying to sell the furniture, discovered that they had taken the hardware with them, which rendered the bed useless. I contacted their supervisor, Dustin, (phone and text) who assured me he would get back to me after speaking with all of the movers on the job. Despite me writing him with a text hours later requesting an update, he never responded (now more than 24 hours later). This meant I needed to contact the furniture manufacturer to inquire about hardware, take measurements, and go to Lowe’s to purchase the stolen hardware myself. (3) My house smelled like cigarette smoke even after they left. (4) One of the movers assigned to the job was confrontational and unfriendly. Overall, it was a stressful move, exacerbated by additional stress afterwards due to the stolen hardware."
