While the move itself was ok and the team that moved my items were friendly and very hard working, the post move close out has been terrible. There were a few items damaged and missing after the move was complete. I'm not surprised or upset by this, it happens, but after filing a claim through their system and contacting the Claims Representative, Larrisa Lord, numerous times via phone and email, I've had no resolution. Unless they actually answer their phone, which is extremely rare, all attempts at contact have been ignored. Last I heard, over two months ago now, my claim was pending approval for compensation for my lost and damaged items. Since then nothing and I can't seem to get anyone on the phone or by email. I do not recommend Amazing Moves and my realtor has removed them from his company's recommended list.

I have been waiting 9 months for payment for damages ( we had insurance) that they agreed to pay for. The check has been “ in the mail” !!!! Repeated phone calls produces many excuses and the check is alway “ in the mail”!!!!

Did not show up. At all. I was given an arrival window time of 12-1:00 today. Because I have a lot going on and would like to do other things today, I called in shortly after 1:00 for an updated ETA (as the movers had not yet arrived). I was told dispatch would call me back. Dispatch has not called me. I called in a half hour later (approximately 1:30) for an ETA update. I was told dispatch would call me back. Dispatch has not called me. I called in a half hour later (about 2:00) for an ETA update. I was told dispatch would call me back. Nobody is calling me back. It's 2:30 and still no ETA. I called and emailed my sales representative, Sho, and she isn't calling me back either. Update: At 3:20, I get a call from Jacob that Amazing Moves won't be able to make it today. Unbelievable, considering moving is already stressful enough.

Don’t use this company anymore. They are no longer a family owned business and are now owned and operated by Armstrong group. Beware of all good reviews since they were from original management and ownership. Brand still exists but really poor experience. New brand took mgmt took over about a month ago. No one answers the office phone, only “sales” No inventory sheet upon delivery to confirm they’ve delivered all of your things Everyone is subcontracted out even the ones driving their trucks. A lot of missing boxes and items when delivered Lots of damage to your belongings Do NOT know how to properly move or store pianos even they claim to (ours arrived extremely damaged and was stored sideways for 8 months) Stay Away!!!!

Horrible customer service - there was no appreciation or a thank you said after being paid, our crew of two were 45 mins late, they had no civil interaction with us, and one member took the liberty of helping himself to a bottle of our water without asking. The ONLY reasons why this company received one star was that they were able to accommodate us at the very last minute and that the crew somehow managed to deliver our things without any damage - never again.

Amazing Moves has a good group of worker but they destroyed a number of valuable antiques. We purchase $50,000 of insurance and they offered to repair one chair for $500. If someone has valuable, antiques or furniture don't hire Amazing Moves as they destroy things. The insurance is a profit center and a waste of money. They are expensive and, unfortunately, careless.

Terrible. Estimate for delivery was NLT June 26. They couldn't deliver until July 5 from 1-5 PM. Was told I would be called 1/2 hour to 1 hour before delivery. Waited at my Aunt's home until 3 PM. Called the office spoke to Adam - he assured me they would be there, said he would call and check on them. He didn't call back. Called at 3 - Adam was unavailable. Chantelle said she would call dispatch and call me back. She didn't call back. At 4:30 I called again - Chantelle gave me the dispatch number - no one answered. Called again at 5 PM - Adam was not available. Chantelle said she would have the delivery crew call me. The crew called at 5:15 and said they had just finished their job in Denver and it would take them about an hour and half to get to us (we were in Colorado Springs). I told them my Aunt was 85 and could not wait for them any longer that day - did I have another option. They said they could reschedule me for July 6. I said ok. They said the office would call me and let me know what time. The next day - no one called. So I called Adam. He said he was clueless and if anyone had told him there was a problem he would have fixed it. Said he'd call and find out the delivery time and call me back. I waited until 11 and called the office back. He said oh yeah - the delivery team is on their way to Colorado Springs - they have another job first - I'll call them and find out what time they'll deliver. I said - you said that before and didn't call me. He said no problem - I'll call back within the hour. By 12 no one had called me so I called the office again. Chantelle said Adam was at lunch. I asked to speak to a supervisor - after a long hold - she said Adam was available. After some identity issues Adam said - I'll call the dispatch crew. He didn't call back. I called back at 1 - Chantelle said I'll have the crew call you. The crew called me at 1:30 and said they'd be about a 1/2 hour. Everything went smoothly after that. The actual delivery guys were great. However, the lack of communication from the office was appalling. I am a reasonable person and can understand delays, etc. but at least tell me the truth and follow up on what you say you'll do. I never did get to speak to a supervisor after asking several times. I highly recommend you use someone else.

It?s a local company, not one of those big companies. I wouldn?t rate them high. They did damage things. It was approximately 4 ½ miles from my place and they charged me about $2,100 roughly. I heard from other pros, one of the realtors that their somebody liked them, so I used them. They?re okay, but the crew was not the best. Right off the launch it seemed to me they all drooped, it just went to whatever. They wanted to take a nap or something like that. That?s went they started doing some damage and dragging and things like that. One of the guys I saw dragging my washer and it was a heavy thing, inside the truck. I had to tell him to stop that and then someone came and helped him out. I could have my friend do it and drag it. Then my wife was upset because they put padding around the china, but they put dents in there, so somebody had placed some things next to it. Now they have to come in and fix it or I have to hire some guy. They scratched it, things like that, so the padding wasn?t thick enough to cover it.
First of all Dillan, the guy that is the head of the crew and then Mark, they are nice guys, but they also needed to do a little bit of service, instead of everybody trying to drag and all of that. They wasn?t any leadership, there was a lack of leadership in the team. I was told that somebody with a little bit of seniority would come in, but they were like high school kids. They were charging $65 per hour and one of the guys out of the four people was basically, I thought he was spaced out. I thought he had drugs from 9:00 to 4:00, he looked like googly eyed. I just don?t know. They put him in an east task like he was training or something. We was making the same dollar rate as the other guys, but he was not picking up the slack, he was not doing anything. He was just doing it. I will follow up, but right now I am busy. They lost my chester drawers support, they just yanked it and didn?t recover it. They just hid it somewhere and I know it while they were lifting the dresser. This is something I have to claim, it could be repaired. So, I wasn?t fully pleased, I would give them a ?C-? if it was possible.
The gentleman that came in later, he is the guy that hooked me up with the washer and dryer. He did an excellent job. He used to own his own company and this Amazing Moves bought him, so now he?s payroll, because of liability he had to sell the company. He?s the one that should have been owning them, he should own another moving company like that. He?s a great guy. He takes care of you, he takes care of his clients, basically. He is part of the Amazing Moves, so I would give this person an ?A+? or an ?A?. He came with another gentleman and both of them are professional.

I said there was some issues that I am finding out after two weeks. They send me all the forms and everything, I haven?t filled them out yet. I will take pictures and send it to them and see what they will have to say. I would rather have another person come in from an independent company to repair them and send them the bill. I would not use them in the future unless they had a better solution to what they did. Amazing Moves damaged items in my move and wont return my messages to fix the items. People speak highly of this company, but my experience is not the same. I was given an estimate that was 4 hours less than what was billed and furniture was damaged with no help from the company. Look elsewhere.

The first move to Glenwood Springs was great. Nice care of furniture and a good price. Since the first move was great, it was easy to decide who to use for my mother's move. There was very little furniture and boxes and the move came in at a much higher cost than what was quoted. I believe they were untruthful about the travel time and increased my cost. Plus, there were a few other charges that were unexpected. Needless to say, I will never use these guys again.

Amazing Moves is just that - Amazing! Maurice Murphy at Amazing Moves helped me through the process of scheduling and pricing. He was patient with my questions, followed up promptly, offered helpful advice, and was extremely courteous. The day of the move went perfect. Adam and Ryan arrived on time, walked me through the entire process, carefully wrapped my furniture and moved super fast. Nothing was damaged, broken or lost. The unload was also an excellent experience. They placed items where I requested and even during the final walk through made sure to move items after I changed my mind.I highly recommend this company and will use them again if needed in the future.

The crew was very friendly and worked hard. Our initial impressions of them were that they were professional, quick, and, well,"amazing". We had a lot of items that were to be put into the basement so we could decide where they were to be used. Over the next weeks and months, we continued to find "hidden" damage to these items. We had a brand new lighted Christmas tree that we had in our old basement in an erected condition. I asked the crew if they could move it like that without damaging it and was assured that it was not problem. This is an $800 tree. At Christmas time I had to dig it out from the very back of the basement where I discovered the crew had broken off the top and severly damaged several lower branches. Far to late to make a claim. This was the biggest example, but there were numerous others. I'll not be using this company again. I'm only sorry that I gave the crew a very generous tip.

What can I say? Everything was great! Two great guys came the day before the move and finished packing up my odds and ends plus prepared all the furniture for the move the following day ---- wrapped and strapped everything. The morning of the move 4 men arrived at 8:00 and had everything packed on the truck within 2 1/2 hours ready to go to the storage unit. I met them there with lunch and they got everything into a 10 x 20 unit (2400 sq. ft. house). The bid was for 2 trucks and 5 men but they did it with 4 men and 1 truck. All the guys worked so well together and John, the head man, was great and very organized. He really knew his stuff! They are going to move me again in December when I move to my new home (if the house is ready by then). I give them all an A+.

They showed up on time with two trucks and a crew to match. They literally hit the ground running and stayed running until the job was finished. I thought they would not finish the loading, moving and unloading until dark, but they had everything unloaded and placed where we directed by middle of the afternoon.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and they were incredibly excellent. I also spent and additional $70 or $80. They were very polite, professional and were here on time. What I liked about them was that they were very, very efficient. They were able to move several boxes all at once, unlike another moving company I recently used. They got a lot more done in an hour than the other guys. They were very polite, kind and nice. They would be my first choice of companies to use in the future.

Three guys showed up on time and ready to work. For two hours they ran (notice I say ran not walk) stairs from the street and up stairs to our second floor condo which is also two stories. All total over 50 stairs each way. They were professional, courteous, fast, and came in we'll under the estimated amount. I would definitely recommend them again.

Bill and the team showed up right on time at 8am. We ordered two trucks and four guys to get the job done as quickly as possible but it still took all day. The team was professional and very polite. They worked hard and did a great job of protecting all our items for the move. I was impressed with their system for packing and marking all items prior to loading the trucks. They really hustled and did a great job of disassembling and reassembling all our beds.
The only comment I have is that they didn't tell me that there was a charge for the use of the wardrobe boxes, but I was glad to have them available to use. I bought them lunch and tip around $150. I would recommend them for others moving.

Cammeron and Miles were amazing. Very respectful, Very fast. They Charged less than I expected and were done before I expected. I will refer them to others.
