The unique aspect of my company is that I do all the work myself. I will not sub out the job to another company, or leave workers on-site unsupervised. When I require help, I bring in an associate who works directly under my supervision. When you hire Wood-N-Things you deal directly with the owner of the company in all aspects of the project. All my work is personally guaranteed to meet all required specs and local building codes. Customer satisfaction is priority one. "After the inspection was performed, Vernon, call me right away. He informed me of the extent of the foundation damage , and what was the root cause of it. The house was recently flipped, and his photos showed the poor quality of workmanship by the company, heat ducting smashed closed, no pads for blocking if the floor beams, a portion of the crawl space was so narrow, it would only be able to be accessed from the top side.He also provided me with a verbal ball park estamate on what it would take to correct these problems."

Solid Rock Construction is a small remodeling and handyman company based out of Longmont, Colorado, that was started in 2012 by Joseph Rice. In 2013 Alex Gerthe joined forces as a part time helper for a couple of months to try his hand at construction work. Both Joe and Alex benefited from the relationship and in January, 2014, they decided to transform Solid Rock Construction into a partnership.
