I am very pleased with the overall process and working with Preferred Garages (demo, foundation/concrete, framing, siding, roofing, etc). I added another 17x30 ft onto an already existing 3-car garage on a new-ish home build in Castle Rock, plus increased the door heights from 7 -> 10ft.
