One of our garage door springs broke in our house in Fort Collins. I talked to GDS on Monday and made an appointment to have it replaced on Friday at 1:30. Brandon arrived to the house on Friday on time. He replaced both springs and a bent bracket in an hour and a half. He put a thicker set of springs than was there previously. He also replaced the operator bracket that was bent. I was pleased with Brandon's work. The price was very fair.

Installed mid Feb 2021 and we are still waiting for trim to be installed along with a replacement panel for one door. Opener needs adjustment as the door comes down hard. Have made numerous calls--tired of asking them to come out and finish the job. Unfortunately, we should not have paid in full, until work was completed. Will not hire again.

Excellent!! I left a message at 9:15 in the evening and at 7:20 a.m. the next day I received a call saying they could be out between 8-9:00 a.m. that day. GREAT SERVICE! Johnny arrived at 8:00 a.m. sharp and had the door fixed within 45 minutes. He was very polite, efficient, and knew exactly what the problem was. We have used them before and always had a positive experience. Charges were very reasonable, too. Thank you for your excellent service. We will definitely recommend you to our friends.

There were some problems with the original installation but Don came out as soon as I called and corrected everything. I'm very pleased with the door and the responsiveness of this business. I would recommend them.

Brandon was thorough and professional. He realigned our garage door which had been installed several years ago by a big-box store. The door is functioning better than when it was first installed! I have already passed on your company info to several friends needing your services. Wish I had known about G.D.S Inc years ago, but won't let anyone else make the same mistake. Garage Door Systems Inc was great! While other companies quoted a full replacement of the Garage Door Opener, Garage Door Systems let me know there was a replacement part and saved me a lot of money. Would definitely use them again.

A spring broke in my garage door. I called garage door systems. I had both of the springs replaced. They replaced them and adjusted the chain. He also installed a high vibration tolerant light bulb. He set the four remotes. It was $90 labor. He came on time. It was $50 + tax for each spring.

Michael arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time. He was very professional and friendly. He performed the tune-up work and told me about all parts he was replacing and working on. Gave me the tip about spraying the rollers with a silicone spray and NOT wd40. I was very pleased with this service and they will be my garage door service in the future for sure !!

Tech (Don) was on time, was friendly and courteous and worked quickly. Things could not have gone better.

These guys were great from start to finish. I found them because I saw a guy fixing someone's garage door when I was driving to work. So I stopped and asked him for a card. He was very friendly and helpful. I called the office and a rep came out and discussed the job with me. He was very informative. He seemed to know just about everything about garage doors. About a month later I had them come out and do the job. The mechanic was punctual, friendly and quick. It took him less than two hours to do the job. I would def hire these guys again.

The technician was on time and very professional.  He installed the springs in a timely manner and even did some other work on the garage door that was above what we were not even expecting.  The repair went very fast and without any problems.  We had called around to find the best deal for a garage door repair in the area and Garage Door Systems Inc not only had the best price but were by far the best to deal with.  I was able to directly speak to a representative on my first call in and was able to make an appointment right then, unlike a lot of other places that made me leave a message or email just to get a ballpark quote.  I would highly roccomend Garage Door Systems Inc to anyone with any garage door needs.

Showed up promptly,  discovered why the garage door wouldn't open.  Went over the costs to repair and after I said OK, went to work.  Very reasonable prices and worked  quickly.  Had all parts on the truck.  The repair person, Michael, was pleasant and trustworthy.      

I'd been having issues with my garage door opening for a few months, but the day after Christmas it completing stopped opening.  I called the service and they were able to respond within an hour.  Instantly diagnosed the issue as a broken spring and replaced on the spot.  Because I also have an opening system that is over 15 years old, I asked them to evaluate the need for a new one.  Don inspected my system and let me know that I had a few more good years and suggested a few things I might do to help prolong its life, as well.  The entire service call took less than an hour.  Don and Joyce (office dispatch) were both professional and personable. I highly recommend this company to others.

My garage door folded up like an accordion on one of the coldest days of the season. I called Garage Door Systems and spoke with Henry, the owner, who was extremely helpful.   Henry walked me through my options, noting the color, type of garage doors, what my neighbors had and most importantly, which doors complied with the HOA covenants. Henry was able to shuffle the schedule and get my door installed the very next day. The installation went great!   Michael, the installer was amazing. He told me what he was going to do and how long the job would take to complete.   Once Michael had finished he walked me trough the entire job. In addition to installing my new door, Michael adjusted my opener and lubricated the chain and wheels. Michael said, “I want to make sure your garage door system, not just the door, runs nice and smooth for years to come, so I replaced three parts that were showing signs of wear." I was especially pleased when he told me there would be no additional charge. Michael clearly takes great pride in the quality of his work   This is the best part of the story; after Michael left I noticed he had swept my entire garage, not just his work area.   It was a pleasure to work with a company and people who go the extra mile and take pride in their work.
