So there was a lot of coordination needed between them including redoing some underground plumbing. In addition I had to access the site through the back of my neighbors property which required careful use and care. The finished floor is great, so nice to have after dealing with years of heaving and broken concrete that was originally there. The new one has rebar at two foot spacing with 3,000 psi concrete.
