"Solid-Lift uses a new technology for concrete lifting. In the past, a lean concrete has the consistency of watery mud was used. Solid-Lift uses an expanding polyurethane foam, instead of mud. The hole that is drilled through the concrete is only 5/8" diameter which makes it less conspicuous. And then the foam expands to lift the slab. It dries into a water-resistant barrier. On my job, since water had been sitting under the concrete, extra poly-foam was needed to lift the slab. I have another concrete lift job, and am waiting to see how the finished project holds up. They leveled the front step and the sidewalk by drilling holes in the concrete and pumping foam under them until everything was level. They caulked everything when they were done and cleaned up the area. The entrance to our home looks so much better. It was well worth the money."
