He told me that no matter what, he would not exceed that number. Unfortunatley, Jefferson County completely changed their requirements during the engineering stage. They required a much more expensive system. True to his word, Jared did the job to his original number, which meant he took a substantial hit financially. Fahl Brothers does everything in house, from bid, finding an engineer, ordering all equipment, sample holes and completing the job to permit sign off.
