DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Please look at the YELP or BBB complaints, they are much more akin to what I experienced. They are certainly manipulating the Google reviews. I hired Lion to do a simple cleaning/certifying of our HVAC units as part of a sale. I was initially quoted $119, and I verified no less than 3 times with the customer service rep that the price would include cleaning and testing. When our tech showed up, he said we were misquoted and the charge for cleaning and testing would be about $450, as it was part of their "maintenance" package. They very reluctantly cut us a "deal" for just over $300. Not only was zero cleaning done, the tech did not perform a single action that could be classified as "maintenance." What we got was a diagnostic and estimate for repairs and replacement. I called to complain twice before someone finally got back to me. I was told that the tech didn't perform the cleaning because it may have damaged the unit, which was clearly a lie because the tech never told me that and actually gave me a quote to perform the AC coil cleaning, $470 (what a deal!). The rep then told me that a simple cleaning was done, but not the deep clean that I was expecting. I asked that my invoice be revised to reflect that, but was quickly blocked. Yes, they actually blocked my number after repeatedly misrepresenting both the price and work. I was shocked. I filed a complaint with the BBB, of which I discovered there are many. Hopefully they do the right thing and just give me a refund, but I won't hold my breath. Again, they are clearly manipulating their reviews on Google. Customers do your research!

Lion Home Service did a terrific job pumping our septic tanks. They sent out their technician early on a Saturday morning.

Mason arrived promptly as scheduled. He was polite, conscientious and professional. He quickly understood the problem and we were up and running in minutes.

Lion Home Services had been a pleasure to work with beginning with the representative who set up the service appointment to the technician who came out and performed the service today. I highly recommend this company for almost any home services.

They did a good job. Fixed the AC unit and cleaned the furnace.

We had Lions Home Service come out and give us a quote on duct cleaning. Doug was prompt and considerate of our needs. He gave us a quote for duct cleaning and mentioned a few add ons and a flyer explaining those. We never felt pressure to get any add ons. Very considerate, friendly and prompt.

She was a pleasure to work with and worked very hard to resolve our problem. Thought it was fixed the the first day but the problem reared it’s ugly head the next morning . She was able to come back out and cleared it up.

We had some issues with the unit installed. Lion was right there with us through full resolution of the problem. Lion made it 100% right, didn’t stop until we were completely happy. I recommend them without any hesitation, excellent customer service and they are great people to work with.

Matt was very helpful when trying to find my leak. While I couldn't replicate the leak for him, he went through all possibilities to make sure everything was being done to replicate it. I appreciate his time and professionalism. I will call Lion if the leak comes back.

Fantastic! Lion was quick to respond. Their technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. Sales team was excellent. They even helped with financing. They stayed in constant communication. Their communication was above standard. Great to work with!!!

I can't recommend strongly enough that you steer clear of this company. Last Thursday I waited all day for a tech to show up for an appointment. Not only did he not show up, but he never called to tell me he wasn't coming. When I called Lion, I sat on hold for 30 minutes to talk to a rep. She didn't know why the tech didn't show but assured me someone would be in touch. I called 4 more times over the course of a day and a half, and each time I was assured someone would be at my house. No one showed, and two days later I still haven't received an explanation as to what happened. No one's bothered to call me. Obviously Lion is lousy with communication and is incredibly disrespectful to its customers. Other reviewers have noted the same thing. If you need something done, and if you need someone to show up on the day they say they will, do NOT use Lion Home Service.

Lion installed the furnace and humidifier incorrectly, which led to a leak that left 1” of water on the floor. This damaged our dining room table leaves to be unusable. Lion refuses to pay for the repair, saying it is our fault for storing the leaves where we did.

Lion did a great job. Although the cost was quite a bit more than we anticipated, Gabe was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. Fabian and his crew did a great job installing the fan. They were quick and polite.
