Worst customer service! Twice they confused me with another customer. When I called Dylan to schedule, he confirmed a date and time. Hours later, I was told I needed to sign the estimate, so I did. Then Dylan called again, clearly confused, and said I could only schedule for next week. I wasn't told signing the estimate affected my time slot. he put me on hold, and Amy answered with no ideas who I was, saying she spoke to me earlier-which never happened. She then said she didn't have time to talk to me because her job is just to answer phones. Every time I called or was called, I was put on hold for one reason or another. It's clear they are overwhelmed, disorganized, and unable to manage that office.

Super prompt and responsive and at a price significantly below what others quoted. Will definitely use again!

They were nice to work with and very responsive for both the cost estimate and the installation. The estimator gave me good unexpected advice on choosing the water heater upgrade, which I googled and confirmed. Small business (good). I didn't get current competing estimates, but they were MUCH lower than an estimate I got a year prior from a large firm. Would call them again.

Excellent. Lanney, the owner, called immediately after I answered the Angi list questions. That was almost 9pm. He was first to respond and first to arrive the next morning. He gave me a quote that was on par with another plumber that responded later in the day. He even isolated the leaking water heater so as to allow me hot water until deciding to use him. And at no charge. I would definitely recommend and will use in the future if needed.

We’ve had our RO system for about a week and I’m beyond impressed. Our water tastes fantastic and Im so thankful my kids are consuming water without the growing list of contaminants in tap water. Our entire experience from the initial quote and home visit to the installation process was super smooth. Lanney answered all our questions and was so easy to communicate with. I researched a few online RO systems that were a bit cheaper but they all had one year warranties which seemed like a red flag. Feeling so content with our entire process of setting up our system with Pure Water Plumbing

Lanny and his crew did an amazing job tearing out my old water heater and replacing it with a new tankless water heater. I’m so pleased with the tankless, instant hot water in the upstairs showers

Patrick and Lanney were very professional, very upfront, and their work was very meticulous. They made sure that I approved of every step and that nothing was just thrown together. Also, their pricing on a Navient 240a2 tankless water heater and all labor was almost $2,000 less than the two other quotes I received. They also made sure that the quoted price did not change even though they had to bring in an electrician to install a new outlet plus add an additional piece of hardware. I would definitely use them again and would suggest anyone else trust them as well.

Courteous, prompt service. Took great care of my home while bringing in and carrying out the new and old water heater. Project completed as promised and for exactly the estimate. All systems were explained to me and how to use and care for them. I greatly appreciate this company and Lanney is the best! I could not be more satisfied with the service provided!

Woke up to find out our tank system had crapped out. Searched local reviews and saw that PureWater Plumbing had excellent reviews and specialize in conversion to tankless and adding filtration and water softening. I contacted them first thing and they were able to get someone out later the same day to check the system. They've been a pleasure to work with! They squeezed me into their schedule the same week to get us hot water again, and they added a water softener and filtration system to prevent premature failure of the new tankless system they installed. Lanney, Patrick, and Alexander have all been supremely professional, personal, and responsive in how they handled our issues - I wouldn't work with any other outfit! If you're looking for the right people to service your issues, look no further because PureWater Plumbing is the best as far as I'm concerned - they even corrected an issue in the plumbing from the previous owners that we didn't know was a problem. I could not be happier!

Very well. Lanney was on time. Very friendly and explained everything he was doing clearly. He answered all my questions and was very professional. The water softening system works great. All in all I'm very happy with everything that was done and would recommend pure water to anyone.

Excellent - easy 5 star service from this company. Both technicians I worked with were knowledgeable, communicative, hard working, and respectful of my property. I couldn't be happier with the filtration system they installed or the gas line they installed. Pricing was also extremely competitive compared to the other quotes solicited.

The installation was very easy to coordinate, took less than a full day to complete, and the result was fantastic. Pure Water works with you and makes sure everything is done to your satisfaction for no extra charge. Their rates were unbelievably lower than the competition and their customer service was so much better. I’ll definitely use them for anything plumbing related in the future.

PureWater replied quickly and came out the next morning to install my new water heater. They were in constant contact and were very respectful of my property when they came to install the heater. Everything went very smoothly and I had hot water in no time!

Patrick and Laney came out for the installation. We were in need of a new water heater when our old tank system started leaking. Laney did not charge for the initial visit out, and offered us a very fair price for the work when they did come out to install. Laney and Patrick were always available for any questions before and during the installation, and were very friendly and courteous. We did not feel pressured to buy anything we weren't ready for, but we also felt very informed. Would definitely give them our recommendation and will be reaching out to PureWater in the future for any plumbing needs.

We really liked Lanney, the owner. He did excellent work, he also took the time to talk to us about maintaining the heater and made sure we knew how to adjust the temperature and turn off the gas and water if needed. This is a great company!
