I think the items were priced way over the cost, Appointment was made for Sunday, Technician arrived Saturday, This was great but was not ready for arrival, The service was excellent. The technician, Rodrigo, was very friendly and informative, Just a mix up in the arrival date and the cost of items were way overpriced, All in all, excellent service,

They came to replace a broken spring. Said we needed 2 springs. Then said we needed new rollers. They did it all and now the garage door does not close, and one of the panels is broken and when it starts to rain, the rain will destroy the door. They came out to fix it once and it is still the same. They are coming out to fix it again. We shall see. We are not happy we spent $500 on the job and are extremely unhappy with the service.

"We are sorry your experience didn't match your expectations. As stated, the tech initially came and replaced the springs and rollers and the door was operational and was tested several times with the customer present before the tech left We did go back a couple of times and to address all their concerns and complaints. The customers have an incredibly old wood door with the panels coming apart (very typical to these type and age of doors) and the tech advised them that because of the age of the door, some things cannot be repaired. The tech adjusted the panels and hinges to the best of his ability but with it being an old door, there's a limitation to what can be done. The customers also complained that light comes through the sides. The tech explained that this happens because they don't have a trim around the frame and offered to install a trim at a discounted price but the customers refused. On the second visit, the customer complained that the door is making noises. An old door will never be as quiet as a new door because of material fatigue. The only way to have a quiet and 100% sealed door is to replace the door. This was explained to the customers. We stand behind our repairs. The spring and rollers were broken and the door was not operational when we were called. The door was 100% operational when we left. The customer was expecting the door to work like a brand-new door and that is not possible for a door that age."

Gabriel Nave was very nice and did everything to correct the problem that Stark garage door repair failed to do Three other times. It took him Under an hour to fix the problem, being a Senior, single, and no nothing about garage doors, he was so hellful, nice and told me to call him if I have any other problems, I would recommend this service to everyone. Stark Garage, no, the guy totally did not fix my garage door at all, was out 3 times and I don't think he knew what he was doing.

Garage Door Opener Repair or Adjustment
Our garage had no power, and the quick release as hung up and wouldn t release. We hired a locksmith to open the quick release, he couldn t get it to work then he locked it back up again, and said he would charge an extra fee to come back and open it after we already paid a fee. We needed to get someone else to help. I requested a garage door repair crew from Home Advisor. They were fast to call and arrive to the house. The guys thought outside of the box to do everything they could to get the garage door to open especially since we didn t have any internal access to the controls. They worked hard to get the door open, put in a new quick release lock and fixed the quick release to work if we lose power to that garage again. Thanks so much for your help!!
