"This review was from a project completed almost 4 years ago (2014). At that time, the client was happy with the finish. J2 has made several attempts to reach out to the client, but the client will not respond, so we are unclear what happened in the 4 years since this project was completed. We'd be happy to look into anything that may have happened in that time, but just do not understand the poor rating posted 4 years later, and what made the client go from happy to now unhappy. Please contact us!"
