"Absolutely wonderful experience from the first phone call to final installation. Everyone I was in contact with was exceptionally friendly and professional. They were flexible when I needed to rescheduled due to weather. The first person I spoke to when my picture window cracked was the owner. I was a bit freaked out when my window cracked for no apparent reason and he put my mind at ease. I got the sense that he is a very good boss b/c everyone i worked with at Empire thru my glass replacement process genuinely seemed like they enjoyed their job. Which is very rare these days. Highly recommend!"

The tint not only enhanced the look of the home but has reduced the glare and heat, just as I had hoped. Cassandra was respectful of our space and left everything spotless after the job was done. "Ray the owner was on time, worked fast and did a great job. Our house will sell better because of our sparkling windows. He was friendly and even washed the two little windows on our shed for no charge that were not included in the bid.Our bid also included cleaning out our window wells and cleaning those windows. He did an excellent job. His prices are low. He is a veteran and hires veterans in his business. I would definitely recommend this company for windows and gutter cleaning."

"Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."
