I had a roof leak, and wanted some old solar panels from the 80's removed, he called me Saturday around 12:30, shortly after I listed, what I needed done, he came by at 4:30 pm, we both went up on the roof, I showed him, what I wanted done, we agreed to terms, said he could have it done ,by the latest Tuesday, I said great, so he calls me up Tuesday Morning, tells me he is on his way there, I got home at 3:30 pm, the job is done, looks incredible, looks like the solar panels, we're never installed,fix the leak, by the way, he was able to find blue shingles, that they no longer made, I would highly recommend Sal and his team , they are the best, thanks Sal

Excellence Roofing, and it's owner Sal, put more time into the initial inspection of my project, and discussing our concerns, than any of the other contractors bidding the job. I had a complete tear-off to deck (2 layers) and several replacement skylights. Excellence Roofing gave me a competitive bid (not the lowest, but nowhere near the highest) I had 6 contractors providing proposals, although one of them never got back to me. Excellence Roofing had my confidence, and they got the job. From start to finish, Sal and his team performed to the integrity that was promised. I was kept informed and consulted throughout the job. I could see the attention to detail given by all. The job was completed in the expected timeframe, and passed inspection with no issues. Actually, the inspector commented on the quality of work. Last, but not least, Excellence Roofing won't take any money for payment until the job is done and you're satisfied. Excellence Roofing, and it's owner Sal, is my recommended roofer.

Salvador showed up right on time for the estimate walkthrough. Quoted my price and was able to schedule and complete my **remove and replace roof project** one week after my HOA approval was received. He stands by his work and did not take payment until the work was 100% complete and passed final city inspection. I have already recommended Excellence Roofing and Construction to others.

Highly professional. They did an extremely good job making sure that the proper flashing and calking was done. They left the job site cleaned up better than when they found it. Did a great job. Very reasonable, honest, and true to his word. clean-up was great. He replaced everything that was moved and corrected what was damage. I will definitely call him again for any roofing job and I highly recommend him to anyone needing roofing done.
