"the job went OK but the paint that was recommended by the company has not held up very well. had Coffey split on base board and the paint peeled off when cleaning. I was told that the warranty did not cover that when after they had repainted the base board. All the base board are now starting to peel. the base boards should have been primed before painting over the stained and varnished base boards. Kitchen ceiling was not cleaned or primed we now have spots bleeding through the new paint."

The quality of the work was very good. He was professional and courteous. He needed a second worker to complete the vaulted ceiling crown molding. They did a very good job. The cost was on the high side, but my research tells me that it was not unreasonable compared to norms. I would use them again under similar circumstances when I cannot wait for my usual, busy general contractor with whom I have built a mutually trusting relationship.

Lines were straight, he cleaned up after himself and communicated very well. I wasn’t at the house when he did the job so he made sure to send photos and kept me updated on the progress the whole time.
