They replaced several deck planks, re-secured the stairs to the deck and built an enclosed wood cabinet to hide and exposed radon pipe in the basement. "the job went OK but the paint that was recommended by the company has not held up very well. had Coffey split on base board and the paint peeled off when cleaning. I was told that the warranty did not cover that when after they had repainted the base board. All the base board are now starting to peel. the base boards should have been primed before painting over the stained and varnished base boards. Kitchen ceiling was not cleaned or primed we now have spots bleeding through the new paint."

"This is a fantastic group! Eric, the owner, is a veteran and gives an 11% discount in honor of Veterans Day. He is super knowledgeable about paint and does right by his customers! I thought I wanted a more complex paint and he talked to me about a better solution in areas where I didn’t need that level of paint up under the eaves. Our home had the original contractor paint and Eric educated me about why it was breaking down, even pointing out the builder used paint instead of stain on my arbor. My front door had fading hard from the sun, and Eric took care of that dir years to come. Lastly our fence was really starting to show wear early after only 5 years and Eric’s team fixed it up to last much longer. Can’t say enough great thinks about Eric and 360! "Melissa came and gave us an estimate and also the news that our home had extensive hail damage on all sides. It explained why my house looked so bad. She also made a trip out to meet with our second insurance adjuster because our first was blind to the damage. We had other quotes and no one else had mentioned the hail damage. The second adjuster came and also found extensive hail damage on the roof. Because of her visit, repairs to my home of over 20K were paid by the insurance company. Oscar and his crew were very professional. They repaired some damaged wood, primed, and painted my home and stained my fence. I learned from reading reviews of painting in general that you should make sure you look at everything. That made sense to me. So when it was time for the walkthrough I was very thorough. They touched up, or fixed etc. everything that I brought to their attention. We then did a second walkthrough to make sure everything was done that was found in the first walkthrough. They left me with a home that I can feel proud of."
