"This is a fantastic group! Eric, the owner, is a veteran and gives an 11% discount in honor of Veterans Day. He is super knowledgeable about paint and does right by his customers! I thought I wanted a more complex paint and he talked to me about a better solution in areas where I didn’t need that level of paint up under the eaves. Our home had the original contractor paint and Eric educated me about why it was breaking down, even pointing out the builder used paint instead of stain on my arbor. My front door had fading hard from the sun, and Eric took care of that dir years to come. Lastly our fence was really starting to show wear early after only 5 years and Eric’s team fixed it up to last much longer. Can’t say enough great thinks about Eric and 360! "Joe came out to do a bid on pressure washing, staining and painting our home outside of Woodland Park. He gave us an honest and fair bid using Messmer’s Exterior oil based stain. David and his crew came up 2 weeks later and did an amazing job of pressure washing the house and repairing holes/cracks on siding & trim boards. A few days later they were back masking the windows and started staining. Total of 3 days to do staining and painting trim and garage door. They cleaned up all masking materials and our home looks amazing!"

"I ran out of time on a 20 x 20 foot room renovation. I had purchased, stained and painted baseboard molding and crown moulding for the room which has a vaulted ceiling from 7' to 14'. My work schedule and the delivery and installation schedule for carpet forced me to call handyman connection because no one else could fit the job in on my timeline due to the upcoming holiday. I wanted it done before the carpet install. Handyman connection responded quickly. They explained the cost structure and used a CC over the phone. The worker was prompt. The quality of the work was very good. He was professional and courteous. He needed a second worker to complete the vaulted ceiling crown molding. They did a very good job. The cost was on the high side, but my research tells me that it was not unreasonable compared to norms. I would use them again under similar circumstances when I cannot wait for my usual, busy general contractor with whom I have built a mutually trusting relationship.
