"I called No Limits Plumbing & Drains to replace my water heater. I knew it was getting old and needed a new one. Our plumber Marco was great! "Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."

Plumbing questions, answered by experts

A major mistake during plumbing projects in Conifer is skipping required permits for unincorporated areas. Homeowners frequently underestimate the severe freeze risk, failing to insulate crawl space pipes adequately. Another common error is installing new fixtures without testing the hard, mineral-heavy well water first, which causes premature equipment failure. Finally, many residents delay necessary septic tank pumping, leading to severe system backups and property damage.

Helpful?

Before beginning plumbing projects in CO, confirm all permit requirements for your specific property. Verify that you hire a licensed contractor, as state law mandates proper credentials. Identify whether your home uses a private well or a public water district, as each has distinct service rules. Contact the state utility locator service to mark buried well, septic, and propane lines before doing any excavation work.

Helpful?

For plumbing projects in Conifer, keep cold weather response supplies ready. Stock up on pipe insulation and heat tape rated for extreme mountain climates. Keep a pressure gauge compatible with your well pressure tank and a reliable water testing kit. Maintain shutoff tools for your specific water meter or well system. Keep an interior temperature monitor for crawl spaces to prevent freezing during winter power outages.

Helpful?

Before scheduling plumbing services in CO, gather your well completion report, well depth, and pressure tank details. Document your septic system layout, including the tank location and the most recent pump-out date. Compile any recent water quality test results and previous permit history. Always note your property elevation and any seasonal road access limitations, as winter weather heavily impacts service scheduling in the foothills.

Helpful?

As a new homeowner in Conifer, start your initial plumbing projects by assessing your well and septic system. Locate your tank, verify the last pump-out date, and schedule an inspection. Next, conduct a freeze protection audit to identify vulnerable pipes in crawl spaces or outbuildings. Test your well water for naturally occurring contaminants. Finally, check your pressure regulating valve to prevent pipe damage from mountain terrain pressure changes.
