"This could hardly have gone better.  Our washer decided to wet itself all over the place yesterday.  Called this AM, spoke to a friendly phone rep at E-appliance, and they sent out a repairman this afternoon.  Robert arrived within the specified window and quickly found the problem (fill sensor hose had detached on the inside).  Simple fix.  No BS, no trying to sell us repairs we didn't need.  He made some recommendations for how to prevent problems in the future, and even banged out a dent that had been in the front panel of the washer for years.  Should we ever need appliance repair again, it will be an easy call.  Thanks guys!

They came a 2 man team. One got his shoes muddy and walked through house without the shoes on to go to his car to get new clean pair of shoes. We have LG appliances and it was not easy to find a shop that could do LG. These guys dont seem to care what the brand is. No problem.
