He replaced one of the gaskets, but the dish washer proceeded to leak. When I called to let him know, he did not return me calls.

Leonid came over on monday and charged me only $45.00 to remove metal that was causing strange noise from dryer.
When we later attempted to use dryer following day, motor would not turn over when power was on. He could not come that afternoon, but came over as promised the next morning and found my wife's anklet stuck in motor compartment. 
Leonid is courteous, friendly, straight-to-the-point, and has tried to keep the cost minimal as he did when was able to partially repair our dishwasher even though we need a new one.
I highly recommend All-American for any appliance repair.

Awful from start to finish.  Our "window" was from 1-3pm and he called to say he was on his way AT 3pm.  We informed him then that we could stay no later than 4pm--and he came anyway.  He grunted & groaned and got dirt and water all over the place while pulling the unit out of the wall.  Took the whole thing apart and did not find the problem, nor give me a straight answer.  At this point, it was 4pm and he seemed shocked when we reminded him we had to leave.  We gave him the choice to come back the next day to which he mumbled something about seeing if he couldn't put it back together "quickly".  15 minutes later the unit was back in the wall and he handed me his invoice.  The next morning, I found three parts laying around that he had forgotten to put back in.  Our air conditioner was left off far worse than when we started.

All went well, the tech was an older gentleman,, he had a huge backpack filled with essential tools and completed the install in about 20 mins. Fairly professional, though he did put his heavy backpack on our concrete counters, I put a towel down to cushion the bag and avoid scratching.

They came within a day, much appreciated as our food was spoiling.
He came on time and finished in less than half an hour--knew what he was doing. The price seemed a bit high, but it may have been the cost of the part. We were pretty desperate, so all in all, a good experience. 
It is over a month, and the fridge is working fine.

Getting the appointment was a little difficult, it was changed 3 different times including me having to change the requested day off from work from Thursday to Friday.  I had a coupon from Angie's List so I thought it would have been less expensive.  My Sister had the same service from another provider, who unfortunately did not go to my area, and hers was $60.00 less.

Good.  I think it took somewhere between 1-2 hours.

Very well. Leonard found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Apparently Samsung dishwashers are not fixed by many service companies. I was happy that All American was able to and in a very timely manner.

Great service! They were very straight forward and straight shooters. No B.S. and very honest. Even helped teach me how to fix the problem in the future and even helped talk me through options for possible other fixes of appliances I was having issues with but were not broken (while they were fixing the dishwasher that needed repair) Great company! I would Highly recommend them.

Dryer and dish washer now work just fine.

Hi came in and introduceed himself in ENGLISH!!!!! He was prepared with tools in hand.  He explained the estimate and gave me a 30% discount!
He cleared the freezer icemaker line and checked the coils. 
He gave me a business card and left politely.

They were prompt and courteous. They followed up with me after the appointment to make sure everything was working properly. I would recommend them and use them

They pulled the refrigerator out of the built in cabinet and cleaned all the back of the refrigerator coils, cleaned the condensor, checked the temperature of the refrigarator and changed the filter.  They vacumed under the unit and behind the refrigerator, including the floor which is difficult to clean unless the refrigerator is pulled out.
They worked quickly and efficiently, leaving the area clean. 
I was very appreciative since I feel they went the extra mile.  I compare there service to other appliance repair services providers I've used (not on Angies list) and All American supercede.

On the plus side, the company was able to fit me in on short notice and the technicial was professional and friendly.My problem with this company is in pricing. A small button apporximately the size of a dial on a stove, was $59.00 and$100.00 for labor that lasted less than 15 minutes.

Very well.  I recieved a return call very quickly.  Receptionist was very helpful and curteous.  I was unable to take off work for a 4 hour window so service man called while on the way and I was able to get home to meet him.   He found the problem quickly and tried to locate a replacement part but was unable.  He did find a part over 30 miles and advised he would return the following day with the part.  He turned the water  to the dishwasher off to stop the leaking.  I did have to call the following day to find out the timeframe.  He was late due to the LA traffic coming from Northridge area to Cerritos area.  I had an appointment  so when he arrived he worked very quickly to replaced the part so I could be on my way.  He was very professional, proficient and also very apologetic for being late.

My old refrigerator (over 20 years old) stopped working and I called All American Appliance. The technician came on time, researched and identified the problem to be a unit controlling the defrosting of the tubes bringing cold air from the compressor. The repairs would have cost over $500. The technician advised that it may not make sense to repair a fridge. I completely agree with technician’s suggestion and appreciate honest advice. I will not hesitate to listen to their opinion in the future.

He seemed to know what he was doing, was tidy, and gone it done quickly. He also seemed very thorough.

Leonard was wonderful; kind, warm, and very helpful. He arrived to our house early and waited for 30 minutes for us to get home without complaint. He assessed the situation and fixed it without any problems. we'll certainly be using them in the future. Well done, Leonard!

I am haing trouble with my central air and heating system. I called and they conveniently scheduled an appointment for me on the October 15th between 11am and 2pm. I explained to them that it would be preferred that they arrive earlier than 2pm as I have an appointment that I will need to observe. I waited until 1pm on the 15th before I called and confirmed that someone would be there soon and the customer service representative very rudely began to "teach" me what the word "between" means. Because of her attitude and because I didn't have confidence that the technician would arrive before 2pm - I cancelled the appointment. I then got a call from a man saying that he would arrive between 15 and 20 minutes (at this point I am not happy with his use of the word "between"). He arrived 19 minutes after the call - skin of his teeth. He proceed to perform some diagnostics and took about 30 minutes to complete that only to tell me that he needed a part that he could not get because it was "after 2pm and the office is closed". He said that he would contact Me on the Monday after. I've never heard from these people since - nor (happily) have they cashed my check. Definitly NOT recommended.
