They came the same day, and when I thought I had an issue with the unit, I called the office, and they sent the technician right back to, and he made sure all was repaired.

This company is very professional. Good communication. Fast, efficient service. Answered all questions easily. Came on time as promised and returned on schedule for second repair. They came a 2 man team. One got his shoes muddy and walked through house without the shoes on to go to his car to get new clean pair of shoes. We have LG appliances and it was not easy to find a shop that could do LG. These guys dont seem to care what the brand is. No problem. I would highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them again.
