HIGHLEY RECOMMENDED. I HAVE HAD A ISSUE WITH MY STOVE LEAKING GAS FOR TWO MONTHS AND MULTIPLE DIFFERENT COMPANIES HAVE TRIED AND NOT FIGURED OUT THE ISSUE. AML APPLIANCE WAS ABLE TO FIND AND FIX THE ISSUE THE SAME DAY. VERY PROFFESIONAL AND HIGHL RECOMENDED

Chose ADL from Samsung website recommendations, but they fix all appliances. Excellent professional work on a leaking refrigerator, frozen, blocked drain.Courteous, friendly, polite. Office responsive, kept in touch about when they were coming. Reasonably priced and honest. They even came back when we had a shelf adjustment problem after they finished. Will definitely use them again.

Incredible service, the technician knew exactly what was wrong with the appliance. Took him less than an hour to fix it. He was very professional and curious and on time. I will recommend the company to anyone that needs a great service. If I had an option of giving them more stars I would.

Very well. Called Sunday afternoon and scheduled for Tuesday morning. Brought needed part with info from me and fixed by 8:00 am. Cleaned up and nice to dog as well.

I recently had a warranty repair on my Samsung refrigerator done by AML Service. Maria, the office dispatcher, was fantastic. There was an issue with the serial number on Samsung's end, but Maria went above and beyond to get everything authorized. Communication throughout the process was excellent - they kept me updated on the status and timing of the service call. Honestly, AML's service was so impressive that I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any future appliance repairs, even if it wasn't covered under warranty. They clearly prioritize customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to get things fixed.

Bob and Tony were great and fixed a problem that Samsung’s other repair service (Service Quick) couldn’t do. If you have a Samsung warranty repair in LA, ask for AML instead of Service Quick (Jeremiah - who was rude and couldn’t fix my issue).

I have had three previous service providers come to my house to diagnosis my double oven issues. None were able to resolve it. Bob and his assistant had the right tools and knowledge to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. They are very knowledgeable and professional. When I have any appliance problems in the future and AML will be my first call!

Will unhesitatingly work with AML Appliance again. Terrific communication leading up to the appointment both in working with my schedule as well as confirming the day before. I had a 3pm-6pm window. Maria called to tell me the technician could be there by 2:30pm. Bob showed precisely on time. He immediately assessed the problem with the dryer and was able to fix it in scant moments. I asked him to not put the bottom panel right away so I could vacuum in there. He insisted on getting in there with vacuum himself which he surely did. not need to do. Top notch work and attitude on all fronts. And all done before the start of the original appointment window.

AML SERVICE had a great repair system. First the technician came over to do a diagnosis on my dishwasher. Then, they told me about the problem and said they would order the part to fix the leak. A couple of days later, the technician came back and fixed the dishwasher and I was so relieved that everything worked and I dont need to wash the dishes by hand anymore. Thank you AML SERVICE for repairing the dishwasher.

The device tech Bob was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He managed to adjust the existing part and made it work like new. We didn't need a costlier replacement. Was much appreciated and highly recommended.

The repair was more difficult than anticipated but to AML’s credit they continued to diagnose the problem and repair the appliance. AML kept me in the loop during the entire process. The technition was courageous and always on time for the set appointments , and the office staff was very responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would definitely work with AML again.

They were AMAZING! Great customer service and great communication! The repair was resolved quickly and very professionally. I shopped other places for estimates and AML had the best price for the part and labor. They seemed very honest and knowledgeable. 100% recommend them! Great responsiveness. Got the job right the first time

Samsung sent four other technicians who failed to identify the problem with a faulty burner. It was incredibly frustrating. Thankfully, they sent AML to check the range and they were able to immediately identify the problem and repair it. It would have saved me so much time and frustration had Samsung sent AML form the get-go. I would absolutely recommend them.

AML Service was incredible! Samsung sent out damaged part and it was quite difficult to get them to respond. AML stepped in as advocate for the customer. Samsung changed their tune and a replacement door was shipped out. Maria in the office kept me in the know and Bob was a terrific repair person.They are awesome!

Great service! Friendly technician, and very professional. Most of all they were available at a moments notice, and repaired my laundry machine quickly and honestly. Fairly priced, and i highly recommend AML over Samsung Service Quick.

Bob was very thorough. He replaced the pump and installed a new line since dishwasher was not originally installed correctly. He ran through a number of rinse cycles to ensure it drained properly. So far all looks good. Given the amount of time and work done, as well as pump replacement price seemed reasonable. He also gave valuable tips.

From Maria who coordinated it all they saved the day here, the day after Christmas with my fridge very full of food from last nights festive dinner. The serviceman was so polite and fixed the thermostat in recurs time and then helped by moving the fridge back and vacuuming the rear vents and back of Samsung fridge, having just had open heart surgery not long ago I could not do this on my own, the serviceman and Maria were my angels for the day. I do appreciate their help and level of service. And to top it off was surprise:d with how inexpensive the repair was as I expected much more I think they were my angels for the day!:)
