Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
Communication w/MNM remodeling is nearly impossible. 2 yrs ago, we had our roof redone by MNM. This year we decided to upgrade to Solar power, thought we should check if there was any problem doing that regarding the warranty on our roof replacement. We never received the written warranty for the roof replacement. 3/14 my husband left voicemail & emailed MNM production dept also texted the owner/Amir; he needed warranty info for the roof we had replaced. Via text 3/15 Amir said he would check when he's in the office 3/17. No response! My husband followed that with a voicemail & email; text to Amir 3/17 & 3/18. 3/18; he received a text from Amir he would check on it the next morning. That was the last he heard from anyone at MNM. We got the info by contacting the subcontractor of MNM who did the roof work. The lack of response is absurd & unacceptable for a paying customer who never received the written warranty. I can?t recommend this company.

I could write pages about how awful and expensive and infuriating and unprofessional MNM is. We fired them for gross inadequacies across the board, as well as disasters budget mismanagement. We lost so much money and time and emotional energy under MNM, and were overjoyed to fire them and hire another contractor. They wooed us with extremely friendly and enthusiastic faces, but were unprofessional in the extreme when the hammers started swinging. Stay away at all costs!

Ohad and his team did a great job and were very easy to work with,,,,especially considering our primary residence is 5,000 miles away in Toronto, Canada. Ohad did a full floor replacement and remodeled 2 bathrooms at our vacation condo in Woodland Hills, California all while we were in Toronto. He was in regular touch with us by text, e-mail, and phone and helped us with design decisions and made numerous helpful suggestions as the project was under way. The job was finished on time and was exactly what we were looking to accomplish. Highly recommended, you wont find a better, friendlier, and professional general contractor than Ohad of MNM Remodeling.

We could not be happier with our bathroom remodeling thanks to Ohad and his crew from MNM. Every detail we wanted addressed was done so with prompt and professional correspondence. We were expertly guided with clear recommendations and very trustworthy vendors, however when there was a feature we really wanted - even if it ran counter to their general recommendations or practices - they listened to us and did whatever it took to make it happen. Now our new bathroom is clean, white, filled with light, and so decadent and luxurious, it is reminiscent of a Roman Frigidarium. And the exhaust fan is so silent, I thought it was broken when I first tried the switch because it sounded like nothing turned on at all! Even though our job technically ended a few weeks ago, Ohad immediately responds to any questions we have about our new bathroom. His contractor Isaias also said sometimes with new showers, the grout can come loose and wash away, and if that happens, we should not hesitate to call and they will take care of it, asap, and at no additional cost. Where will you find better customer service than that?! Remodeling is a pain in the butt and definitely not cheap, but if you go with MNM and Ohad, all of your stress, anxiety and questions will go away, and the finished product speaks for itself.

MNM Remodeling is the best contractor that I ever worked with. They put me at ease right away when they walked into my home to give me an estimate. I could tell how professional they were and that they would do a great job. They replaced our entire roof this summer and it turned out better than I could have imagined. We had them paint and tile two of our bathrooms as well which look absolutely amazing. The quality of their work is excellent. This was by far one of my best experiences with a contractor.

Kitchen Remodel
MNM Remodeling completely redid my kitchen this month and they did such an amazing job. I really appreciate how hard each member of their crew worked to get everything done on time. They also put much effort into making sure that it was exactly what we were looking for. We had them replace our countertops, cabinets and flooring. Now everything looks even better than we expected. Mike and his team did a wonderful job at my home. We had them redo two of our bathrooms which turned out even better than I could have hoped for. Each worker was very professional and I really appreciate how they cleaned up after themselves every day before they left. We had them replace the windows in our house. We can already feel a huge difference with how much quieter it is inside now. They also put in new flooring and painted the exterior of our home which looks great. Thank you again for everything. This past few months, MNM remodeled every single bathroom in our house. The work turned out better than we had expected and we have been using them ever since. Their team did all of the repairs necessary after removing the old tubs, toilets and sinks. They also helped us add new fixtures to each room along with laying down new tile floors throughout the entire house. We are very pleased with how it has highlighted important parts of our home especially that this was a big project.
