"For our first remodel, we dove right in with a big project that was effectively updating half of our house, with a complete re-build of our kitchen and removing several walls to have an open space kitchen, living room, and dining room. We are very pleased to have worked with IND for this project, specifically their project manager Erez and foreman Allan. Since it was our first time doing anything like this, we were unsure at many points along the way about the process, but Erez and Allan both did a great job answering the many, many questions we had and guiding us through. There was a point where there was a mistake in the framing and one of the appliances was not going to fit. Rather than a back-and-forth, Erez and the whole team simply stepped up to re-do a lot of work to make the piece work as planned. Huge shout-out to the crew who worked extra to keep the delays to a minimum! Communication was challenging at times between us, IND, and a designer, but everyone was professional, transparent, and in the end, we have a beautiful kitchen and living space that we love. We really appreciated how the work and pricing was laid out up front, the pace at which work was completed, and that we could rely on them for vendor recommendations for every part of the work. The whole team always wanted to do the best work and make everything right, and we trusted them entirely to do that. "Hutch was professional and personable , easy to talk to about my design for front yard. His experience in design suggested minor adjustment of my idea/drawings but willing to landscape any way of my preferences. His contract was thoroughly itemized and didn’t add any additional “surprise” costs. Payments were installments as project progressed. Hardworking Crew stayed on expected timeline. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Removed weeds and unwanted plants, prepped surface, laid weed barrier and installed Artificial turf in backyard, laid pavers and stone walkway. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden. Lined walkway and rose garden with pavers matching our flagstone. Our sewer line needed realignment which Hutch arranged to be repaired. Other company estimate quotes were either vague, didn’t itemize, or way over priced. Offered a few addresses for us to drive by to see his actual work which helped us on our decision to work with Hye Turf Design. I would highly recommend Hye Turf Designs. Thanks Hutch !"
