"Encore was great. Oz and the team executed everything perfectly and professionally. They showed up on time and always kept the site clean organized. We barely felt them working. I had no walkway (just an uneven lawn) and Oz suggested a paved walkway from the sidewalk to our front door. The steps came out gorgeous and we chose the same design for an additional walkway leading to the backyard on the side of our home. We also added some low voltage lights as our street is not well lit. This project has enhanced the safety of my home. The paved walkways and lighting was much needed. Iâ  m no longer fearful of tripping or falling when I need to step out or go for a drive once the sun sets. After going through options, we went with a new concrete driveway that extended the space by nearly 300 sq. ft. The crew set forms, leveled the ground, and poured with clean edges that connect smoothly to the street. No corners were cut with grading, and they made sure water would run off correctly. It was a large project, yet everything stayed organized. The upgrade has already made everyday parking and access much easier."

"Pacific Outdoor Living were top notch from start to finish. The job was relatively small (40' pathway), but required demo and removal of existing concrete up 2 flights stairs). The sales team was responsive, and at first we thought the cost of the job seemed expensive. We went with Pacific as the sales team/bidding process was very professional, informative and engendered trust that they would deliver. Following acceptance of the bid, there was some difficulty getting the job scheduled, but once the job was initiated - it went very smoothly, and quickly. We could not be more pleased with the results. We had questions and concerns during the job, that were quickly responded to.
