System Pavers

My second System Pavers project and could not be happier with it! Several years ago we had a patio and walk plus turf area installed, which I have loved. This year my husband suggested a paver driveway, so called System Pavers back again. I got carried away and ended up adding pavers to both sides of the house plus lighting for the front steps and yard. All looks amazing. We had a project manager change in the first week, which I was worried about initially, but our new PM, Jimmy, picked right up and got everything right. He was super to work with, every day making sure things were on track and to my satisfaction. Yes!

Overall we had a great experience with System Pavers starting with Randy Labrie visiting our home and giving us a quote for doing our patio. Once we agreed on a price Jimmy Jackson, the project manager, came out and reviewed the our project and gave us a start date. Jimmy was awesome throughout the process. Can't thank him enough. Three laborers did the work and were very respectable and professional. The finished patio is beyond our expectations, beautiful. Thank you System Pavers. You can't go wrong with this company.

I recently had turf installed at my home. Harley was extremely efficient, available and professional. He did everything timely, with courtesy and it’s a job beautifully done! I am very grateful that System Pavers honored the 10 year warranty that came with the original instillation back toward the end of 2015 and made it all so easy. Customer service on this level is, unfortunately, rarer and rarer to come by. I own a small business and so I am well aware of the importance of integrity, honesty and ability, along with a great attitude. Harley and System Pavers have encompassed it all! You would be wise to hold on to an employee like Harley. I have already recommended you to my brother and will continue to recommend your company.

We love our pavers and have had them for 6 months now with no issue. We met with Jay a couple times over a 2-3 year period while we were trying to figure out what we really wanted with our new backyard. He was friendly and kind and helped through the whole process from start to finish. Once we finally figured out what we wanted, the form and loan process was simple and easy direct through Jay. They were able to work with our schedule and came out on time and quick when we were ready to schedule (since we wanted to wait a couple weeks due to travel). Pricing was higher than some of the other proposals we received, but it was clear that System Pavers was worth the tad increase based on their professionalism, overall quality, and warranty. Once we got set up, our project manager Harley reached out almost immediately. He met with us to view the work area and talk through all the details of what would happen over the work period. He was able to answer all our questions or speak with someone with the answers to our questions to be able to get us answers. He was incredibly professional and supportive through the process. He quoted the lead time for the work to be done over a max of a 1-2 weeks period. The work was done much faster. The crew worked full days for 3 days and completed it. Arturo, the crew lead, was on top of it with his team. We were impressed with the work and speed (especially since it has held up quality wise so far!). There was a single paver that had a hairline crack in it that we found during inspection. Harley talked with Arturo, and they were able to fix it by the next morning first thing. We even ended up with a couple extra pavers that were leftover that we use for steps to our side gate. We are happy, especially with it being such a large investment for us. We would do business with System Pavers again. Major shout-out to Jay, Harley, and Arturo.

We recently had System Pavers complete our second backyard project. Phase 1 was in 2014, and it was now time to expand it with a fire pit, larger patio, walls, and a putting green! It was a joy to work with them again! The end results were absolute perfection in our eyes. We are thoroughly enjoying their creative masterpiece. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We canâ t wait for phase 3 next year! From beginning to end, Jeff Laack and Aaron Kennedy were phenomenal. We are so grateful for their expertise. Jeff came to our home late November of last year. He was friendly, respectful, and connected well with our family. He had a vision from the beginning and brought about an excitement that we did not even know was possible with pavers. He saw the potential in our backyard, and made it come to life with spectacular plans that blew our minds. The curves, angles, materials were beautifully captured in his design. He envisioned a putting green in part of our yard that our children would enjoy. It transformed our project and added so much greenery and fun to the space. Jeff worked with us to bring our dreams come to reality with the budget we had. It was truly more than we could have hoped for. He was a delight to work with. Professional, friendly, creative, and energetic. The design process was fast. He worked with our challenging HOA and was patient when problems arose on our end. From the first meeting to the final walk through, Jeff was outstanding. System Pavers is lucky to have such a tremendous visionary. When demo day came, so did our phenomenal Project Manager. I still smile when I think about what a kind, creative, meticulous, and enthusiastic guy he is. We were so fortunate to see Aaron every day for almost 3 weeks. He connected with our family in such a fun way. He went through every inch of our yard with us and made sure everything was more than perfect and to our liking. He led his crew well. He communicated with us constantly. He also made sure the whole family, including our 3 young children, had FUN with the construction process. My kids looked forward to having Aaron visit each morning. He was a burst of sunshine and made sure it was a pleasant experience. In fact, we were heartbroken when the project completed because it was such a fantastic experience. Aaron worked long hours to make sure our backyard turned into our dream space for the family. He is extremely knowledgeable in construction and made sure everything was beautiful crafted. We made revisions along the way, and he always overcommunicated to make sure we were happy. We received daily job comments via email that helped us stay updated on the work for each day. Aaron is an outstanding manager and person. Any future job will be lucky to have him as a manager. He â s going places! We were honored to work with him. The end results were flawless and exquisite, thanks to Aaron and the crew he led! Not only were Jeff and Aaron wonderful, but I also want to comment on the workers. We have a large window in our family room that our children and I would look out of each day. We commented that they literally never stopped for one second. They just kept on going and going and going. Their work ethic was outstanding. All the men were respectful, polite, and friendly. They showed up early every day and worked long hours, 6 days a week. They were all experts in their work. We were impressed with their skills. We are now landscaping and enjoying our beautiful new backyard. Phase 2 complete! We canâ t wait for phase 3 next year. With eager hearts, we highly recommend System Pavers to everyone!

I believe the video will speak for itself as I am dumbfounded by how my family is being treated by System Pavers. I received a letter on Tuesday, May 27 that was a Mechanics Lien on my home. Two weeks prior, May 16, 2019, the manager and sales manager for System Pavers Camarillo, CA branch met at my home to apologize for something they say has never happened to them and not to worry - they would make it right. They explained it was a new system but acknowledged they dropped the ball. The manager expressed his lack of eagerness for the sales process and tries to focus on building. The sales manager felt it was more important to convince me of the care the company has for its customers. Then they handed me a sheet that showed financing with a company they have good relations with at a ridiculous rate that would cost me more than $600 per month. The reason I agreed to the project was because of their 144 month financing that I was told I would easily qualify for having a fico score higher than 550. The sales rep said this is a no brainer, and we signed the contract for our new transformation. The web portal was set up and the commencement of the building began. I had asked about when payments would begin and was told not until the project was complete. On May 9th I received a call from the sales rep who was obviously nervous and explained that the loan was denied due to something in my past. He said I would need to secure financing. Keep in mind the fire pit and BBQ had already been worked on for a week. He asked me to call two different banks, one of which (First Security) was the one offering the 144 month financing. When I explained the situation the person handling my file could not believe what he was hearing. He informed me that System Pavers had not submitted the loan application until the afternoon of May 9th, 2019. This morning, May 29th 2019, I receive a call from Richard D. the office manager of the Camarillo branch to inform me that they will remove the lien and would want to meet me tomorrow to sign papers. I asked the details of the papers and it was I high rate and I would have to give the deed to the house and a promissory note. I explained that we need to stick to the contract for the original payment and terms. This afternoon, May 29th 2019, I receive a call from the district supervisor at the corporate HQ in Anaheim to stiff arm me in to taking the offer, or they will proceed with court proceedings. He wanted to know if we were enjoying the new back yard. Unbelievable. I said not knowing we have a lien on our home, how could I? I have never asked not to pay for my project. In fact, I am ready to begin payments when it is completed. They are continuing to work on it so completion is near. I have never felt so taken advantage of. They should never have started the project without financing in place. They played me along as if all was on the up and up and instead of owning their mistakes they intend to potentially take my home through a lien process. System Pavers has been the best contractor have hired for work on my home in the last 5 years. I have had several. But System Pavers, from Daniel Gradin, salesman for System Pavers, who worked with me to get the best deal possible on the turf for my front yard to Steve, Project Manager and Alejandio and crew that installed the turf all were very friendly, professionals and work to a smooth and quick completion of the installation of the turf. I highly recommend System Pavers and feel that you would be as pleased as I am in the finished project. Ken K,
