Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details). 4. "Due to an old shower valve and failing galvanized pipe behind existing shower tile, we had an ongoing leak issue. We were very pleased when Redo House assessed the situation and told us that the leak could be fixed and the tile could removed and reinstalled after another provider had told us the tile was not salvageable. We were impressed that their team went into the crawl space under the house and confirmed there was not water damage and provided photo evidence-all as part of the initial free estimate process. On the scheduled day, the team replaced the faulty valve, pipe (with copper), and re-installed the existing tile. You can virtually not tell that the tile was removed--very clean work. They also cleaned up some of the other tile that had mold growth and re-caulked areas where the glass wall was leaking and not sealed correctly with the floor pan. Our "like new" shower now works beautifully!"

"We hired Bear Remodeling to convert our garage into an ADU for my mom to live in, and they knocked it out of the park! They handled everything. The team added proper insulation, installed new windows for natural light, and created a small but efficient kitchen area. They even finished the exterior paint to match our house perfectly. The transformation is incredible. You'd never know it used to be a garage. It took about 8 weeks from start to finish, which was actually faster than we expected. "They were on time and worked hard all day. There was one mistake made. They knew I was getting a new hood vent and the final measurements did not take into consideration that the new hood had different measurements than the old one. A new quartz backsplash had to be fabricated. They completed the project in one day. There was an issue with my flooring that I'm still waiting to be resolved. I don't know yet if I would hire them again."

"Ovation Restoration just finished a complete bathroom makeover for us.  We have lived here in Cimarron for 32 years and it was time for a Master Bath upgrade.  To be honest that the project took longer than we anticipated but the work & craftsmanship exceeded expectations.  Each sub-contractor that worked on the job was an expert in their craft.  They treated it like it was their own home.  I can't say enough about the quality of the work they did for us.  The job included full demolition, new floors, new Granite counter tops, with tile back splash, a new tile shower with glass doors, new fixtures, and paint.  We talked with three contractors and chose Ovation because of their reviews, the price and the way we felt about our first meeting and interaction with Rick.  We really appreciated their input and expertise in several of the recommendations they made along the way.
