I would recommend the people who actually did our fence but as far as Ergeon I would not go through them again. They would tell you one thing and then do another..

Our fence project was completed, but with a lot of follow up and complaints. - I was asked to clear out bushes but I paid Ergeon to clear out, the foreman was arguing with me about this task - The installers refused to take away the old plastic fence when the contract says demo and haul away - The foreman Juan argued that he does not know where the fence should be installed. There was a map drawn and measurements were made by the Ergeon surveyor. I wish a better and honest review is posted to help future customers. I will not use Ergeon due to the communication issues and complaints required to finish the project.

had a minor issue with building code once they figured out i was right it was all good

once dig approval from pg&e came through, proceeded to schedule work. then was able to move up and accommodate schedule when another client postponed work. all work completed in 1-day., efficient use of time. bravo.

Very poor communication between their staff. Directions given to sales and project management staff were not relayed to the crew. The overhead for those services was not worth the extra I paid over the bids by local crews.
