Juan and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. He was prompt, professional, and an excellent communicator. His work and commitment to getting it right came through every day, and he has a very collaborative style. His advice gave us confidence in the decisions we were making about materials and installation. Because our home is 100 years old and has many quirks, we had a few surprises along the way. Juan didn't hesitate to offer up solutions. (He put in 6 shims to level our window sill! Something we didn't even know we needed). Our kitchen turned out better than we could have imagined, and it's because of Juan's commitment to excellence (and patience with us!) that it turned out so well."

Reasonable pricing. We quoted about eight reputable contractors, and Geico B. cost estimation is one the more competitive ones. 2. Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details). 4. "Perfectly! Roger is very easy to work with and completely open to the requests and ideas of the clients. The job was bid accurately and completed in a competent and timely manner. His carpenters are exceptionally skilled and in addition have very good taste in terms of how things should be done to bring about the desired effect. This job consisted of removal of old tile, tearing out carpeting, redoing a shower, and installing large carrara marble tiles with heat under them. They installed a free standing stone tub as well. All perfectly executed and artistically installed. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the result. It was a pleasure to work with Roger and his crew and he is definitely on my "will call again list" for any future work. We cannot recommend him highly enough."

"Due to an old shower valve and failing galvanized pipe behind existing shower tile, we had an ongoing leak issue. We were very pleased when Redo House assessed the situation and told us that the leak could be fixed and the tile could removed and reinstalled after another provider had told us the tile was not salvageable. We were impressed that their team went into the crawl space under the house and confirmed there was not water damage and provided photo evidence-all as part of the initial free estimate process. On the scheduled day, the team replaced the faulty valve, pipe (with copper), and re-installed the existing tile. You can virtually not tell that the tile was removed--very clean work. They also cleaned up some of the other tile that had mold growth and re-caulked areas where the glass wall was leaking and not sealed correctly with the floor pan. Our "like new" shower now works beautifully!"

"I reached out to Adam (owner of AK Tile) in the Fall of 2024. He responded and we met to discuss the bathroom remodel. He showed great flexibility in allowing me to purchase the tile designs independently and to provide a preform sink and backsplash and sliding shower door for installation. He was timely and present (with a helper) for the entire job and completed the demolition, dry rot R&R (not originally bid, but added on as needed at a per hour rate), complete tile installation (standing shower w/cutout and bathroom floor) and sink install needing expertise for modifications. We negotiated the install of the sliding shower doors @ an hourly rate. He was very respectful of our home and did an outstanding job cleaning up. We are most impressed by his professional integrity. After a few months we noticed cracks in the glazing on some of the tiles. He researched options to address this concern and ended up spending 1.5 days, NO CHARGE :), replacing multiple tiles. Adam is a true Pro!!"

"They were on time and worked hard all day. There was one mistake made. They knew I was getting a new hood vent and the final measurements did not take into consideration that the new hood had different measurements than the old one. A new quartz backsplash had to be fabricated. They completed the project in one day. There was an issue with my flooring that I'm still waiting to be resolved. I don't know yet if I would hire them again."

"Ovation Restoration just finished a complete bathroom makeover for us.  We have lived here in Cimarron for 32 years and it was time for a Master Bath upgrade.  To be honest that the project took longer than we anticipated but the work & craftsmanship exceeded expectations.  Each sub-contractor that worked on the job was an expert in their craft.  They treated it like it was their own home.  I can't say enough about the quality of the work they did for us.  The job included full demolition, new floors, new Granite counter tops, with tile back splash, a new tile shower with glass doors, new fixtures, and paint.  We talked with three contractors and chose Ovation because of their reviews, the price and the way we felt about our first meeting and interaction with Rick.  We really appreciated their input and expertise in several of the recommendations they made along the way.
