Advanced Mobile Tile was the best choice we made in our entire home renovation project- so much so that we went back three times to keep working with them on different parts of the renovation. José is absolutely incredible at what he does, he truly takes so much pride and care in his work and is a true craftsman. Not only is his work and skill incredible, he is an amazing person who truly feels more like a friend at this point. He was so respectful of our home and went of his way to keep it clean and cared for while he was working and he was always so polite and considerate with all aspects of working together. Anytime anyone sees the tile work in our house they are in awe with how beautiful it turned out and this is all thanks to Jose and his skills. I will truly miss working with Jose but know that he will be the first person we call for our next tile job. Seriously, don’t look any further. Advanced Mobile tile is the way to go.

THE WORST TILE INSTALLATION EVER. Our 5-day job took 2-1/2 months because we gave up trying to have him fix his mistakes. 1. I said *Whatever you do, do NOT use epoxy grout.* Instead, he convinced my husband that he had lots of experience with epoxy and it was the best thing to use in a kitchen. 2. Grout - used two different colors of epoxy grout on our kitchen floor 3. Grout lines are numerous widths and depths 4. Did not use a level because he *eyeballs it*, so the floor is very uneven. 5. Grout is smeared over every tile surface because he *used his gut* instead of following directions and could never clean it off. 6. Promised us this would be our best tile installation. Promised he could clean the grout off the surface of the tiles, even though he was going to work on another job for a week (thus letting the grout fully cure). Could not keep his promises. 7. When we gave up having him try week after week, told him we did not feel we owed him any more money. He said he would give us a 10% discount off the contract. 10% off of a bad job that should have been torn out and redone. We gave up. We paid what he asked and now have to live with it. We do not have another $5000 to try someone else.

Despite few imperfections, your new kitchen floor does look great and will last for a complete lifetime. In the end we did offer to tear everything out and re install entire new kitchen floor due to imperfections one can only notice using magnifying glass, but after few weeks in deciding, you refused our offer. Initially, we did provide $1,800.00 in bonuses out of utmost respect + Contractor discounted prices on all building products including tile + we reduced final price by $500.00, because we both agreed your floor does look great and you said "We can live with it!" We truly wish you would have allowed us to do more!"

We were having trouble getting a tile guy out to our house to do a small repair. Jose came out and did a very good job and I was appreciative of his coming out for a small repair. I would recommend him for a big or small job.

Jose, proprietor, responded over a long holiday weekend for an emergency leak. He is a bit of an artist. He is diligent and his work is go high calibre. I did need to in the end actively pursue closure for the project due to a deadline.

Jose Ponce arrived promptly to thoroughly analyze the job, ask good questions, make suggestions to achieve best results, provide a clear, detailed estimate, and then do the work on schedule (actually after securing approval from us for improvements), and constanly being fastidious about cleaning up after the job was done for the day, and then doing a thorough walk-through.

After hiring Advanced Mobile, the first day he showed up late to the agreed upon time and working very late into the night. After leaving for the night, he said he would be back the next day at 8am to finish the job. He no called, no showed. We heard from him the following day, but by this time the trust had been broken and a new tiler needed to be called in to finish the job. Too bad too because the quality seemed to be good and we had many more projects that he could have been a part of.

We found Jose to be not only extremely professional,conscientious, and meticulous, but a wonderful example of a man who is deeply concerned about pleasing his clients and doing his absolute best to complete his work to their utmost satisfaction. One of the most professional contractors I have ever met. In his work and in his customer service. He always called when he said he would call and he showed up on the job when he said he would. He stayed on the job until it was finished. I would personally rate his work ethic as good as any I have seen in my life. Jose is very concerned about the detailed exactness of his work.
