Hello, at BEAR Remodeling, we have a Job Minimum* of $8,000 We are a general contractor, depending on project size. (You may only need a handyman.) No writing of Insurance estimates we prefer to go after the claim is finished. No Modulars or Prefabricated jobs. We can only meet with the owners (no agents or rentals). We do not take jobs without permits, as the city code requires. We are a residential GC and remodeling company - we focus mainly on Remodels or foundation to finish home or ADU projects- we do not generally do repair work unless it is within the remodeling process.
