"Wow, this is a great company to do business with. Very professional and the communications during the Process was the best. Our pool looks like new again. We had reviewed several bids and choose Angles because of the thoroughness of the proposal and the review to explain everything. They answered all our questions spot on. I would highly recommend Angles Pools. Alan"

"The service removed one huge (over 50yrs old) tree that was termite infested. They also removed a liquid amber that was dead.
Then they trimmed and thinned two large pine trees. This was an all day job. They did a good job of cleaning up.  The only regret that I have is that I didn't spend extra to have the stumps ground, but this was my choice.  And yes, I would use them again--in fact I plan to when I can get to the yard.

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Timeless Pool and team for the installation of our new pool, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the professionalism displayed was nothing short of impressive. Tom and his team are true craftspeople, demonstrating an incredible attention to detail that sets them apart from others in the industry. Every aspect of the pool design was meticulously planned and executed, and the final result not only met but exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship is evident in every tile and finish, literally, creating a stunning centerpiece for our backyard. Communication throughout the process was seamless. Tom kept us informed at every stage, promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had. His willingness to engage with us made the entire experience feel collaborative and personalized. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our vision and experience. Overall, I highly recommend Timeless Pool and team for anyone considering a pool installation. "Jason and team was fabulous to work with, hands down. My vision was to add more living space without adding square footage. Top Leader Construction made it happen. Walls were moved, doors rearranged, pocket door installed, custom shelving, new kitchen with extra seating, and new bathrooms came to life. I felt I was part of the Top Leader team. My vision and their high standards created my perfect place."

7/13/15:  I have worked out an arrangement with the company and at this point harbor no ill will towards them.

While we had multiple issues with ESI (not showing when scheduled, workers drinking alcohol on the job, substandard work which had to be redone), when the remodel was completed we thought we had a pretty nice looking kitchen.  Then, as months passed, we started noticing a lot of grease spots accumulating on the cabinet above the microwave.  When we hired another contractor for a bathroom remodel, we asked him to take a look at this cabinet issue.  He found that the ventilation kit had not been attached to the microwave nor to the air ducting of the house so the grease had no where to go.  Additionally, our contractor found the following issues from the ESI remodel:

*romax sticking out of the wall going directly into the bottom of a cabinet into a non-gain box

*electrical socket behind dishwasher was non GFI protected and had no cover plate so exposed to water

*4 GFI's, way to many for our kitchen area, were tied into one line.

Bottom line:  our contractor said the work had created a major safety issue which could result in a fire or electrocution.

"John was available to start the work on a Friday afternoon. He installed the new outlet competently and completely. However, John made three trips to Home Depot to pick up supplies. The store is only 2 miles from my house and the first trip took over an hour. He needed to come back the following morning to complete the work because he needed two longer screws. Finally, he had quoted $200-250; but charged me $300 because the "supplies cost nearly $100.""

"They had to do a lot of things.  Most of the people I worked with were great.  It took three months to finish the work.  They were all ready to go ahead and do the work.  They were responsive and tried to figure out what to do.  It was not entirely a perfect process.  Most of the part it was not their fault.  There was some frustration at times.  The pool, however, looks great.  The person I contacted in the company was super responsive.  She was great.  They were definitely responsive.  They did what they needed to do.  When we filled the pool it did not fill up since the pool was leaking.  They had to completely redo it.  It turned out that the electrostatic value was left open.  I had to keep filling the pool until they figured out the problem and got an extra $300 water bill."
