"I personally called this business and used Angie to suggest this business. Not one returned Angie message and not returned my direct phone call to this business. I wanted seals Ang gaskets replaced for 3 Pentair pumps. Another company quoted me $1050. To to complete the job. As it turns out all 3 Pentair pumps needed to be replaced because the existing pumps were 20 years old and the bolts were so corroded that all the bolts for all 3 pumps broke off inside the motor assembly. Turned into a $10,000 dollar job since these were all pentair VS PUMPS. You folks lost a nice sale."

The workers are very professional and did a great job from excavation to the little details in stone work and tile work. "Project manager was a general contractor not a pool person. You do not know the quality of the work until it is done then it is too late. Concrete has large dark blotches in a few places. I think it?s because concrete wasn?t mixed thoroughly leaving an inconsistent color. Looks bad. Developed a crack within the first couple of weeks and was told nothing could be done. Concrete around top of spa is crooked and inconsistent. Amateur job. My neighbor?s was done around the same time (different company) and is perfectly straight. Salesman was knowledgeable but never returned to check the job. I do not think anyone really knew what they were doing. Just kind of faking it. Do not recommend. No real upside to the job."

"I signed the contract for replastering my pool for $9,300 with Alex on April 4, 2025. All the contractors talked about the length of the project to be 2 – 3 weeks. The payment terms were 50% upon demo, and 50% upon completion. I left the time of completion empty, because naively I thought that they would be eager to complete the job. My ratings are: Price 5 star; Quality of work 5 star; scheduling of work 2 star. Average rating 4 star. Alex was eager to do the demo, because this triggers the first 50% payment. Demo was done on April 16, 2025. We also amended the contract to install new lights ($1,200) and replacement of Deck O Seal ($1,800). New contract price $12,300. My payment of $6,150 on April 16, 2025. The value of the Demo may be about $3,000. I therefore had now paid about $3,000 in advance. Waiting and waiting. "Fantastic work! From demo, hardscape, decking, pebble field, irrigation, lighting and planting, all came out perfectly. I started my process bidding from seven landscapers. Many with excellent references. Ron, Rigo and the team at EnviroScape exceeded my expectations. "Timeless Pools review Tom and Cindy did an amazing job with our backyard. We had an existing pool, so this was more complex than a new build. They were very willing to listen to our ideas but also made suggestions when their experience pointed them in a slightly different direction than we had initially envisioned. The planning phases were extremely fast, and they handled all the permitting with the city directly. We had their cell phone numbers and they kept us in the loop constantly during the entire process. During the initial faces, we selected coping and tile, and Tom was present to give us some guidance on cost and additional options. Once we started construction, everything was very transparent. They were willing to work around any scheduling issues we had and we got to know the workers that were at our site. Having consistent teams made my wife more comfortable as we had a number of days when she was alone with our two young kids, and seeing the same people Was reassuring We built during early 2023, and the massive rains made for a number of days where workers came and re-excavated from runoff or placed and removed tarps to prevent excessive erosion. This was all done with an eye on the weather and they were prepared for everything Mother Nature threw our way that winter. As we moved into finishing, they kept us informed of every step and the timing to expect. Once we filled the oool, they focused on the pool deck and made sure that every seam and joint was up to the standards. After a couple months of use, they re-connected with us and checked on any details we may have missed during the construction and finishing processes. I give their entire team an enthusiastic 5-stars. They probably won’t be the cheapest bid, but there were clear expectations and there were zero “extras” once we had all the materials selected. At no point did we feel like they were sneaky or trying to charge us for something unexpected. Our pool is beautiful, everything works exactly as expected and we have had endless compliments from everyone that has come to enjoy it.
