"I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage. They arranged furniture for me and put together things they had taken apart. They did the complete job in just 5 hours. I would absolutely hire this company again. I was very pleased with them."

7/13/15:  I have worked out an arrangement with the company and at this point harbor no ill will towards them.

While we had multiple issues with ESI (not showing when scheduled, workers drinking alcohol on the job, substandard work which had to be redone), when the remodel was completed we thought we had a pretty nice looking kitchen.  Then, as months passed, we started noticing a lot of grease spots accumulating on the cabinet above the microwave.  When we hired another contractor for a bathroom remodel, we asked him to take a look at this cabinet issue.  He found that the ventilation kit had not been attached to the microwave nor to the air ducting of the house so the grease had no where to go.  Additionally, our contractor found the following issues from the ESI remodel:

*romax sticking out of the wall going directly into the bottom of a cabinet into a non-gain box

*electrical socket behind dishwasher was non GFI protected and had no cover plate so exposed to water

*4 GFI's, way to many for our kitchen area, were tied into one line.

Bottom line:  our contractor said the work had created a major safety issue which could result in a fire or electrocution.

"John was available to start the work on a Friday afternoon. He installed the new outlet competently and completely. However, John made three trips to Home Depot to pick up supplies. The store is only 2 miles from my house and the first trip took over an hour. He needed to come back the following morning to complete the work because he needed two longer screws. Finally, he had quoted $200-250; but charged me $300 because the "supplies cost nearly $100.""

"The work itself went very smoothly.  Renovating my house, I had dealt with every kind of contractor (painting, construction, floors, plumbing, etc ? see my other reviews), and the guys at Crystal Pool & Spa were by far the best and easiest to deal with.  They were the only contractor that actually finished the project by the date that they said they would (not that I really cared since it was February and too cold to swim).  The whole process took about a week and a half.  One day to demolish the old plaster and tile.  One day to set up the baja shelf and shallow deep end.  One day to pour the concrete.  A few days to let the concrete settle, and then one more day each to add the tile and plaster.  All the crew members that came over to the house were polite and professional, and they always made sure to clean up whatever mess they made.  
I want to point out that when I moved into the house, the pool lights were not working.  I just figured they were burnt out since they were so old, and asked CPS to bring two new lights and add it to my bill.  But one of the workers found out that it was just an exterior fuse that need to be fixed, and did it for free.  So give them a big plus for honesty since they could have easily replaced the working lights in order to pad their bill.  
Finally, what matters the most is the finished product.  I have to say that the remodeled pool with the mosaic tile and baja shelf looks absolutely fantastic.  I felt like my pool looked better than many of the fancy hotel pools in Vegas (although on a much smaller scale).  After seeing my new pool, I wished I would have spent a bit more for some of their other products, like PebbleTec They even contacted me after the pool was finished to make sure that everything was great and that I was happy, and also that my pool guy was properly treating the new plaster.  Would absolutely recommend these guys for any kind of pool work."
