He called me on Wednesday when he said he would, told me he could get to my house in half an hour and was. He measured the windows, set up his work station right from his van, and had made them within a half an hour. Everything fit. He was so nice, personable, professional, helpful. "They proposed a less expensive option, install retro windows from a local and less expensive company rather than replace my windows with more expensive windows from a well known maker with a much better warranty. Sounded good but the saving was negligible and made no sense at all. So no deal!"
