They were both helpful and courteous. They were able to fit us in the next day due to the situation with us being out of water. I got 3 quotes on repiping the house. They were all pretty close to each other but the other 2 were more interested in telling me about their warranties instead of their service. Mike and his crew got there in the morning and finished up in one day. They were very organized on how thy did the job. They were all nice, and talked me through everything they were doing. "It was a challenging installation because of a reverse osmosis water filter system tapping into the supply line as well as being a tight squeeze to get the new hardware situated. It was a really clean and well thought out installation. The price was as good as some of the prepaid "specials" I saw on Angie's List for the same install when you consider it included some additional hardware to accommodate the water filter system and the removal of the old faucet. I'm definitely going to use their services again for any future plumbing needs I have in my home."
