"Finally, a plumbing company that is 100% honest, very responsive and charges a very fair price! My main line was totally clogged with roots. Dirty water was backing up in my tub and my toilet would not flush. I hired a different contractor that came out, charged a hefty fee only to penetrate a small hole in the clog (to drain the water) and run a camera through the line. I was told that they would have to use a high pressure water jet to clear the line and that would not be available to do the work until 4 days later. They quoted me an outrageous price! I then called JD Plumbing and got to talk to the owner (James himself) and Danny S., a plumber, to get a second opinion. They told me that the water jet is not necessary to clear the line and in fact there was significant risk that my bathroom could be flooded by high velocity water backing up and overflowing my toilet. Danny came out sharply at 8:00 AM the next day and cleared the line in about an hour. I ended up paying less than one third of total cost had I followed through with the first company that came out. I was very impressed that the owner would take the time to talk with me and be so truthful. Danny was awesome! A very professional, hard working and supper friendly guy. A stressful experience with a very good ending thanks to JD Plumbing."

"We had to get our house repiped right away. I called Hanson Plumbing where I talked to Bonnie. I told her the situation, and she got Mike Jr. out to the house the same day. They were both helpful and courteous. They were able to fit us in the next day due to the situation with us being out of water. I got 3 quotes on repiping the house. They were all pretty close to each other but the other 2 were more interested in telling me about their warranties instead of their service. Mike and his crew got there in the morning and finished up in one day. They were very organized on how thy did the job. They were all nice, and talked me through everything they were doing. They keft everything cleaned up and neat when they left. I will use them again for any other plumbing issue. I would rather us a family oriented service than some corporation. "Irish and his associate Ryder were very good at communicating, even over a weekend, and although I initially thought the project was an easy drain clearing, 2 other plumbers failed to come up with an appropriate plan. Ryder made every effort to find a cheaper way to solve the problem, and only when those did not work, did he resort to a more complicated solution and at that stage he also worked to help keep our costs down. "Decided to upgrade my tank-type water heater with high-efficiency tankless. Called USA Plumbing and Dennis said he'd have someone to my place in the morning. The next morning, I received a text letting me know that Chris (the plumber) was on his way. I appreciated having the 30-minute heads-up. When Chris arrived, I showed him my situation and we talked through some adjustments needed such as shortening some existing pipes and where to put the venting for the exhaust air. Chris answered my questions and performed the project in ~5 hours. The end result is that we have a high-efficiency tankless water heater on the wall - and we have a lot more space in the garage. I was able to pay via credit card with Chris' card reader and was sent an "invoice paid" email immediately. The next day, Dennis followed-up with step-by-step instructions on how to submit for a $1,500 (!!!!) rebate with SoCalGas. What an amazing deal - it practically paid for the water heater itself and I just paid labor. Anyway, USA Water Heaters did a great job giving me a quality product and excellent installation.
