"Joe cleared the sink drain and turned the water off because I needed a new faucet. The old one was leaking and it was an expensive faucet so the repair would be expensive. I needed a new faucet because that one was corroded. He also checked the toilet to see if the water flow was o.k. and it was. Next I went out to Home Depot and purchased another wide spread faucet. Called Joe and he came out to install it. He is very courteous and efficient. He answered all of my questions. I would definitely hire Phill's Plumbing again."

"Had a leaky shower head which had previously been repaired by a plumber I hired due to a very high Yelp rating. That plumber took a total of seven hours to repair the leak. After a couple of months the leak returned. Hired Degennaro plumbing who repaired the leak in less than an hour and charged me half of what the previous plumber charged. James Degennaro came to the house exactly on time, had all the necessary parts with him, and even showed me old parts that the previous plumber failed to replace which resulted in the leak returning. Overall a great experience and I would definitely hire him again based on his professional manner and obvious superior knowledge of plumbing problems."

The next morning, I received a text letting me know that Chris (the plumber) was on his way. I appreciated having the 30-minute heads-up. When Chris arrived, I showed him my situation and we talked through some adjustments needed such as shortening some existing pipes and where to put the venting for the exhaust air. Chris answered my questions and performed the project in ~5 hours. The end result is that we have a high-efficiency tankless water heater on the wall - and we have a lot more space in the garage. I was able to pay via credit card with Chris' card reader and was sent an "invoice paid" email immediately.
