"Finally, a plumbing company that is 100% honest, very responsive and charges a very fair price! My main line was totally clogged with roots. Dirty water was backing up in my tub and my toilet would not flush. I hired a different contractor that came out, charged a hefty fee only to penetrate a small hole in the clog (to drain the water) and run a camera through the line. I was told that they would have to use a high pressure water jet to clear the line and that would not be available to do the work until 4 days later. They quoted me an outrageous price! I then called JD Plumbing and got to talk to the owner (James himself) and Danny S., a plumber, to get a second opinion. They told me that the water jet is not necessary to clear the line and in fact there was significant risk that my bathroom could be flooded by high velocity water backing up and overflowing my toilet. Danny came out sharply at 8:00 AM the next day and cleared the line in about an hour. I ended up paying less than one third of total cost had I followed through with the first company that came out. I was very impressed that the owner would take the time to talk with me and be so truthful. Danny was awesome! A very professional, hard working and supper friendly guy. A stressful experience with a very good ending thanks to JD Plumbing."

They were both helpful and courteous. They were able to fit us in the next day due to the situation with us being out of water. I got 3 quotes on repiping the house. They were all pretty close to each other but the other 2 were more interested in telling me about their warranties instead of their service. Mike and his crew got there in the morning and finished up in one day. They were very organized on how thy did the job. They were all nice, and talked me through everything they were doing. They keft everything cleaned up and neat when they left. I will use them again for any other plumbing issue. I would rather us a family oriented service than some corporation.
