The two men did a first-class job washing the windows and cleaning the screens and the windowsills, both inside and outside. When I pointed out to Justin that two of the windows were particularly dirty, he told me that the dirt was actually discoloration caused by an issue with the argon gas insulation between the double-panes. He then told me that I should ask the manufacturer to replace the two damaged windows. In addition, José realigned three of the windows that had come off the tracks on either side of the panes. The cost of the job was very competitive, especially considering the time it took to remove so much dirt. Justin also gave me a seven-day guarantee to come back and redo anything that he had missed or that needed attention. (I did not need to take advantage of that service.)"
