"Apex did a complete remodel of the interior of my home. New Kitchen (cabinets, countertops, appliance installation etc.), Bathroom Vanities, new LVP Floors / baseboards throughout the house, and complete interior paint. Igor and his team did a fantastic job. It's like a new house. They promised quick work and they delivered! I was living in the home throughout this process so I really wanted this done as quickly as possible. Unlike other contractors that I had previously, there was a team of people doing something almost every day until the work was done. Their price was competitive too! Had the pleasure of working with Joe and his crew on 4 of my bathrooms, completely redid them to my specifications, converted an old, ugly bathtub into a shiny, new beautifully tiled shower, did his own demo on all four in one day, installed new flooring, new vanities, new lighting, and so much more. They did an amazing job and were very professional, honest, punctual and easy to work with. Joe explained the process and the time of when the project would be finished, he told us it would take him 2 weeks and yes! It took him 2 weeks to finish. We are so thankful to have found an honest person to work in our home. We are remodeling our master bedroom next with TNT Design and Build."

"First project: I am very pleased with Repairs & Remodels On Demand (RROD). I was in the process of selling a property that was about 75 years old. The buyer's mortgage company had sent an inspector who noted several issues. Obviously I was under time pressure. RROD responded very quickly. I needed a hearth built in front of an existing fireplace. RROD advised me on what the current code requirements were. I selected material and the hearth was installed the next day. The inspector also reported six electrical issues, four plumbing issues in the kitchen and four in the bathroom. RROD repaired them all in two days. RROD sent a three man team. The timeline for the project was: Day 1, evaluate job and create estimate; Day 2, install hearth, correct electrical issues and begin plumbing work; Day 3, complete plumbing. On the fourth day I notified the buyer's agent to schedule the re-inspection; the inspection passed with no problems. Sale completed. Second project: In a rental property I own, a tenant wanted a laundry area. I had had the area plumbed but the walls had been opened to accomplish the plumbing. I needed the walls closed up, a short wall built, and the appliances installed. First day, evaluate job and create estimate. Two days later start and complete the job in two additional days. On the day after the completion, the tenant reported a problem with a door that had been installed. I went over and checked and she was correct. It was in mid-afternoon and I called RROD and reported the problem. They immediately scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM the next morning (and repaired it on that visit). It was a small job with a small problem. The work looked very professional and the paint for the new areas matched the existing room colors. The point is, they do high quality work and they really do stand behind their work. I shall certainly use them again. I am very satisfied with their responsiveness and the high quality of work.
