John Brouillette, the owner, promptly arrived at the appointed time and did a careful and extensive review of our needs and the tile required. We made an appointment for the work to be done and he arrived precisely on time and carefully placed drop cloths and masked off counter areas to protect from potential damage. John again engaged us to offer alternative tile placement to ensure we understood our options before beginning to tile. He was meticulous and careful in his work and maintained a great attitude that made us feel at ease and confident in his skill. At all times he was considerate and focused on his work. When he finished the tile installation he cleaned up thoroughly and scheduled for the grout application. Again he arrived precisely on time and got right to work, proceeding carefully to make sure the grout application was perfect. "Mike and Ramon were great! They were punctual, showed up when they say they will show up. The porcelain tile install was done professionally. My kitchen looks great. They put in 3 transition strips and they were seamless and were done nicely. Before leaving Mike did a final check of every corners making sure the baseboard and transition strips were done correctly. They cleaned up really good too. I highly recommend them."
