"Mr Doan is the best appliance service technician, he came the day I called and fixed the dryer. While he was here he gave me advice on a diy part replacement I was attaching to my dishwasher rack. The dryer worked nicely for one month, I called him back and he fixed the dryer again. In between I had the air vent cleaned out and that company found a birds nest at that end of the duct. I felt that the first fix didn’t have a chance so I offered to pay a second time but he wouldn’t accept. He’s more than fair with his charges and very professional. I recommend him to friends and neighbors without hesitation. If you need any appliance repair call him you won’t be disappointed."

"Cristian is the last appliance technician you’re ever going to need! Get rid of the appliance techs you may have saved in your phone. Cristian will give you an honest estimate for the work needed, and a very fair price once the work is done. Cristian will tell you what work needs to be done, and if you’re not home, will text you photos of what needs to be done. ( wife Home while I was at work) Cristian told me that most service tech aren’t really interested in fixing your appliance, but are more interested in charging you a service fee ($50-$75), then telling you your appliance can’t be repaired, or parts are no longer available. They do that 8 to 10 times a day, and make more money making service calls, than actually fixing appliances. I have to admit that that is exactly correct, because i’ve Experienced it. Cristian is an honest appliance tech, and you won’t go wrong using his services!"

"I had called everyone that might help me fix my dishwasher...pumped the septic, snaked the main sewer line, called appliance repair, replaced the heating element, verified that the drain hose went from high to low; my dishwasher was still back flowing scrud onto my clean dishes at random times. "Tim was very friendly and respectful. He found what was wrong with our dryer very quickly. He told us that the part might not be in stock and that it may take a couple of days to get the part and get it installed. But to our surprise Tim called us the very next day, to let us know that he had the part and that he could get installed that day. My wife and I were so happy to get our dryer back up and running. I decided to go with a full replacement, and to install new mini-split systems throughout the house. Bowen did a great job working through some tough challenges to work the cleanest install possible. "We hired him thinking he has a lot of experience working with different appliances and we had exactly spelled out the issues with our dishwasher. He brings the required parts and does the needed work which was putting the dishwasher in place with anchors so it does not wobble and replacing a door hinge. The work looked nice, but then we try to run the dishwasher and there is no water coming into the dishwasher. Literally, the dishwasher was working fine the day before he worked on it. So we call him over again to diagnose and he say there is something wrong with the water pump which he claimed he had not touched. He was very unprofessional and put blame on the customer that we had not disclosed that the dishwasher was not working before he started working on it. It was a moot point to talk to him after that. He said he would send over the estimate for replacing the water pump, but have not seen that yet. Would not hire him again."

extremely capable , trustworthy and true to their word.  The Job was completed in

a li8ttle more than two hours and we are extremely satisfied with the finished job.  We would highly recommend them.
